Responses with the chat bot were very slow. A couple corners of the couch and the big chair were worn down and messed up. The guys at the pick up point were professional and kind.

I was told $200 for a 4 year insurance policy on our 3 piece set, sofa, loveseat and recliner. After looking at the receipt, it shows $149.99 per piece for a total of $368.67. Then there is a deliver charge of $274.79. I was told delivery was free. If I would have been told about this fee, I would have come and gotten each piece myself. $275 to Mr. Mills may not be much, but to us, that’s a lot to save by getting it ourselves. We like our new furniture and our salesman was great, but I would have made different decisions if I would have known of the $368.67 and $274.79 charges. I will most definitely let this be know to our family and friends that may shop at your stores.

Had a picture of the couch I wanted and had seen at Bob Mills about a year earlier. The salesperson looked it up. They had one left and it was delivered within the week.

There is a problem with getting all your furniture together upon the initial delivery. On two occasions I have failed to get all my furniture upon the initial delivery, each time I've had to have a second delivery.

Sales people real helpful. Not a very good secletion of furniture.

Good quality furniture at reasonable prices. Which is one of the only reasons I continue to shop here. But ... The "No Shopper Stalkers" tag line is a complete joke. You will be pounced on the moment you walk through the door and even if you state that you desire no help currently and would like to be left alone, the salespeople will follow you through the store. To be fair, I don't think it is any worse than any other furniture store but I certainly would not say it is better. While I enjoy having available sales people to answer questions if needed, I would really prefer being able to browse in peace without being hovered over so I can get a feel for what I may or may not be interested in. I could understand and somewhat appreciate being pounced on if I were leaving the store (without a purchase) just to ensure there was nothing that I may have overlooked. Please do not advertise that you don't stalk people unless your ensure that it is true. It makes it more overwhelming than if you just didn't advertise anything about it at all.
