Spent. 11000 dollars on furniture and the chairs and barstools start falling apart with screws falling out. They give me the run around and act like I've done something to mess up every chair and barstool. I just asked for someone to come and check them out and put some screws in them. They say I have to go through a procedure. Now I cant even risk sitting on one. A friend sat on the barstool and it collapses and hurts him. Now I have to wait for them and have no chairs or stools to sit on. Buy locally owned furniture not from an impersonal chain like BM!!!

They will not stand behind the warranty. The recliner was only a week old when we called. The manufacture's warranty was for 5 years. We had also purchased the extended warranty in store. They are a dishonest company. Do not buy anything from them.
