My wife has been trying to get her money from this Bank since Feb. 2023 it is now Nov. 21st. They don't call back, they make you supply the same paperwork more than once. They have no department to complain to.

The worst bank ever! RV loan with Bank of West, no problem. This bank, nothing but problems. They can't explain why amount applied to principal reduced by half when payment made 2 days different. Then payment didn't go through the next month and they notified me a week + later by mail instead of immediately. Said it was my fault. My bank had no record of the payment being attempted, let alone declined by my bank. Amount applied to principal that month was less than $7. No help from useless customer service! To make a principal only payment, you have to mail a check to a different mailbox. So more interest is being collected in the meantime through no fault of my own. My bank is taking over making the payments until I pay this loan off in January.

This bank is holding my money hostage because I ripped up my CC and can't supply them with my card number. I was told I had to go to the branch and they were closed for 1.5 hr for lunch? First time I went to the branch I was told to come back later. What kind of bank is this? Shame on you.

Poorest customer service ever. Hiring people that don't know how speak proper English is insulting. They have no clue as to what you are making payments on. Camper was totaled by the insurance that we have, but the none english speaking people thought it was a motorcycle and a boat. Now i know this comes up on the computor, how dumb can this bank be??? Do they not train their people? I would suggest no one uses this Bank, if they have any since. This bank doesn't even deserve 1 starr

Customer service is terrible! They emailed me that my account was hacked. When I called to fix it they messed up my account so I can't access it at all. Dozen phone calls later and still can't access it. We are on social security. Live check to check. Can't even buy gas to go see husband in hospital without gas. They have turned my life into a living hell.

Just another typical worthless lying thieving Bank, taking advantage of the hard laborers of other people while they kick back and line their pockets with money that's not theirs. What do you expect from a bank that took over Bank of the West. There's absolutely no reason for the majority of people to use a big Bank with all the non-bank apps out there. If you are one of the unfortunate ones that has to have a big Bank though using BMO will be one of the biggest mistakes you've ever made. And the slick talking black dude you have on your commercials is not helping anything, just reinforces what so many people have already unfortunately found out, you're just another lying thieving Bank.

their customer service department t is clueless and have no idea about any of their products or procedures. expect to be on hold for days if you ever need anything...
