I ordered a pair of shoes and was sent the wrong size. Another color became available in my size so I ordered them. They were more expensive because they were a different color. I received them and they were the same color as the original shoes I ordered in the wrong box. I contacted bluefly so they can honor my original price and they wouldn’t. They are thieves. Charging more for a different color shoes and sending me the the shoe from my original order!!!! Don’t buy from them!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 t-shirts at a discounted price. Then they shipped it to me via USPS. I did not receive any packages. Order shipped on a Saturday and I checked and received nothing that day. I have feedback back to their customer care. They said that USPS had delivered it to me and asked me to go check with USPS. I've never had to shop anywhere but have to do this. The package failed to check the recipient's signature. USPS did not respond to me. I think they should contact the USPS and not me. Next they told me to call the police because the USPS delivered the item and I had it stolen. I see that they try to push the blame onto me. Order for 128$ I don't know if it should take extra time for this. I found this to be the worst shop place I have ever encountered.

BEWARE, PASS ON THIS WEBSITE. IT IS UNRELIABLE AND NOT WORTH THE RISK. I ordered a Nic+Zoe sleeveless top at a nicely discounted price. I ordered a size Large and when it arrived, it is clearly NOT a large. I checked Nic+Zoe's website and a Large should fit a 39" bust. The top I received measures 38" around. How can someone with a 39" bust fit into a top that measures 38" around? All of the sizing on the item says Large, but it is not a Large. I think that it might be a knock off Bluefly is selling as new authentic merchandise. I can't even resell it because it's a Medium marked as a Large! I'm out the money.

I've contacted Bluefly several times in the past 4 days via email as I'm not aware of a number to call. My package was sent fedex by a third-party vendor per Bluefly. I don't have any information on the vendor as I purchased from Bluefly and weren't given that information. I contacted fedex to investigate the delivery and I'm told the item was delivered and signed. It says it was signed by S. Latrice which is not my name and shows a pdf of a signature that has a different signature name that I don't know. Fedex said they spoke with driver that states the package was delivered to my address and signed by residence but it was left at main entrance. I don't have a main entrance. I live in a four-plex apartment where 3 units are upstairs 1 unit downstairs and signs pointing upstairs where each unit is with the address in plain sight. Bluefly said I made several threats about filing a dispute in which I did not. Then Bluefly said I didn't give them or the vendor a chance to resolve the issue. I don't feel Bluefly made much of an effort to resolve the issue. I have several emails per our conversation in which I submitted with a dispute and the information from fedex delivery. I noticed once you make a complaint public they act if they tried to help. I wish I could upload video of the delivery time and date as well as photos from deliveries and signatures. I spent $768.19 on 2 pair of shoes that also came within days of that week if I was going to say I didn't receive a package it wouldn't be a pair of eyeglasses that I paid $68.10 for. The customer service team for this company is not worthy of its customers.

I ordered from here recently and they sent me a used dirty product. I wanted to go on this long tangent but I would merely like to say when a company doesn't care about their products or customers. Don't spend your money with them. Don't let the sales and better prices fool you. Their's no telling where these products are coming from. It's some really good companies that are no more after the pandemic. Then theirs companies like this one. That makes you wonder how they survived. Just spend your money elsewhere. (Save it before you give it to them)

Worst F.. costumer service and very rude and inappropriate!! I never been so mad until I spoke to someone so disrespectful that made me lost my respect as well. I will never buy from this people again and I hope they go bankrupt soon!!! I open a dispute the bank I can't deal with this people anymore

Ordered the wrong sized item and caught it immediately after paying. Scoured the site for directions on how to cancel order, after all it had been less than 1 minute. Their policy is no cancellations, seriously! No phone number googled it but the number listed online is incorrect. Emailed customer service asking if they would cancel the order, it had been less than 10 minutes at this time. They responded quickly saying, no. They apologized for inconvenience. Called my credit card company, explained what happened and companies policy was for me to wait to receive the item then return it for a $10 fee. My credit company laughed and said they would handle it for me for free and I would get 100% of my money back. BE WARNED DON’T CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT WON’T ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN SOMETHING WITHOUT A FEE, OR PUT OUT THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL. THEY’RE SCAM ARTISTS THAT SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!

Three weeks to get my merchandise (that is the projected delivery date — I am still waiting for delivery), shipped from Kentucky to California! It’s Fed Ex, so what the heck happened? It was sent from Indiana to California, then — for reasons unknown to me — to Kentucky, then Indiana, then back to California. And no one from Bluefly contacted me about he issue. Terrible company. Zero customer service.
