CAUTION, Bluefly DEDUCTS $19.95 from your refund when you return an item. This is horrible, especially since the item I ordered is defective (the zipper is broken). They do not clearly state their unfair refund policy on the first page of their website and a class action suit should be brought against this company and their website.

Horrible. I will never buy from them again. I ordered a bag for my mothers birthday about 4 days before the occasion. I paid for expedited shipping so I could possibly get it in time. I wrote customer service to ask them to please ship it quickly. They made no effort to do so. They only responded that there would be 1-2 days of processing time then 2-3 days shipping. I took the chance, hoping they might care enough to speed up the processing time. The company never sent me any updates or tracking. I had to keep writing customer service to ask the status of my order. I kept hoping they just hadn’t updated the system and that the bag was shipped and would arrive close to her birthday. Today is my mothers birthday and today I received a text message from them telling me my order was cancelled because it was unavailable. This is so outrageous and inconsiderate. I quickly went online to see if I could find a similar bag near me to pick up and lo and behold, bluefly is still advertising the same bag!!! Either they will do the same thing to someone else who orders it or they decided not to send it to me. Either way they are despicable and I am so upset.

I actually had a phenomenal experience buying something on Bluefly recently. At first, I was a bit skeptical given all the negative reviews. However, in the end, I couldn't be happier. The product (a Jay Strongwater egg) was EXACTLY as described, and it IS authentic! Moreover, I ordered it very late on Wednesday (close to midnight) and it was delivered by end-of-day Friday, Christmas Eve. I never had that kind of service before. Nor did I even expect such fast delivery! Also, not only was shipping free, but also, I received a 5 percent discount on the item, which was already less expensive than on any other site. Overall, I figured that I paid more than $100 LESS for the item than what I would have paid on a competitor site. To say I'm extremely happy is an understatement. I am ecstatic!

Terrible and lazy customer service. My package is stuck at a FedEx facility and they don't have a clue how to pick up a phone and contact FedEx on a customer's behalf. They send me lazy screen shots from FedEx.com without actually calling them and sorting out the issue as the shipper. Will not get my shoes in time for Christmas but ordered weeks ago. Supply chain issues not to blame, just incompetence. I will never shop with them again. Customer service is non-existent.

I ordered 3 dresses and that came up to almost $400. It did not arrive as tracked. I reached out to "Customer Support" and they asked me to follow-up with Fedex myself. I did and was told it was shipped through a 3rd party and the sender needed to contact them. Again, reached out to Bluefly and they told me to wait 7 days and they would put in a claim for me. First of all, it shouldn't be a claim for me because the question is whether it was shipped. I have now read the reviews on this site and it's likely a scam site. This is a repeated issue on their site based on other reviews.

I ordered a cute Givenchy bag from here. I was a little nervous given the extremely discounted price, but went for it anyway. So glad I did! My purse arrived in new and perfect condition. Dust bag and authenticity cards included. Would definitely order from them again

This is the second time I have ordered something from Bluefly that they said was in stock, but wasn't! So disappointed since these were items I really wanted. Bluefly already went out of business, once back in 2019. Leaving customers and their staff high and dry. You can find the article in the NY Times if you do a search. I will never order from them again.

I had a great experience with Bluefly. My order did require me to return an item and get it replaced. They really cared about me. I was given a couple of great options and in the end I have a great pair of Moncler sunglasses.
