I strongly recommend that consumers think twice before purchasing from this merchant, especially high-value items. I ordered a Jimmy Choo bag, but when my package arrived, there was no bag inside. The package contained a flattened Jimmy Choo box and a large amount of crumpled packing paper. I reported the issue immediately, preserved all packaging, and offered to provide photos and video. The merchant relied on fulfillment scans and shipment weight to deny my refund instead of resolving the fact that I paid for an expensive handbag that I never received. I even requested that they review any available warehouse surveillance footage to verify that the actual bag was placed in the package. I am now left without the merchandise and without my money. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this merchant again and would caution others before doing so.

Ordered a $600 pair of shoes from them and got lost In transit, paid an extra fee to insure them but still never got any compensation. Contacted consumer service and they were extremely rude and sarcastic.Do yourself a favor and read the reviews on this place . Just buy from saks , I’m surprised bluefly is still in business at this point.

Ordered a long champ bag a week ago it was never shipped. I contacted them today and they said they shipped it. I called fedex they said the item was not received thusly why there is no scan. They also told me via emal they intentionally no longer have a phone number to call that if theres no update within the next few days to contact them again. I gave them notice that if my item doesn’t ship within 24 hrs i contacting my bank. They sent a shipping email 4 days ago. Still no tracking update. Dont order from this company. The customer service is horrendous and terrible communication only via email.

I really don't know what to say. I have never seen/heard of a company that outright lies about sending emails to customers in response to inquiries. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take the loss. I just needed basic info.

I purchased a pair of Brunello Cucinelli’s shoes, it was $450, they didn’t fit, so I returned the shoes, the return package was lost by UPS, I filed a claim with the UPS, the UPS compensated within 14 days, but the compensation was given to Bluefly, I sent multiple emails to Bluefly costumer service with no response at all, be aware of the company, Bluefly is a scam！

. I wanted to return the item that I purchased the very same day that I got it. They sent me a return label and according to their website, they charge $12.95 to return an item. Well, I finally got my refund and they charge me $17 for the shipping. I’ve tried to get in touch with them and have heard nothing.

I’ve purchased what was supposed to be a gold necklace from Blue fly. The necklace is gold plated. It’s silver is what a local jeweler said. I also purchased a Prada watch that does not work. Try to contact blue fly for assist assistance in getting it replaced repair no success I would not purchase anything else from them.

Charged me for a return on shoes that were not made well and did not fit. I used to be a big bluefly customer not any more!!
