BlueflyReviews of bluefly.com

Bluefly does have good deals but if you have to return anything they charge you unreal !! If I had known I would have kept the dress ..$17 back from almost $50 item Thank you for your email. The deduction was for the return label you used to send back the order. Here is the info directly from our site regarding return fees. THIS IS THEIR RETURN FEES I SHOULD HAVE READ A LITTLE FURTHER An initial fee of $19.95 will be deducted from your refund for the first shipment of every order for processing of the return. If you have multiple returns on the same order, a fee of $4.95 for each additional shipment will apply. Additionally $1 insurance will be deducted for every $100 of items in every shipment. Please note that outbound shipping charges are not refunded when making a return.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Literally so rude and zero help with my order. I am appalled customer service like this still exists. I seriously regret ever arriving on this site. I've never been so disturbed by an online retailer.

Horrific customer service

Ordered an Off-White carry on luggage. Was concerned that I might end up with a pre-owned piece but it in fact was brand new. Received it in 2 days time! No complaints from me; can’t lie I was nervous seeing all of the negative reviews but my experience was seamless.

Thank you bluefly for being the most amazing website. Best deals ! Best customer services ! And I will defiantly shop again and recommend to others

Ordered a bathing suit bottom in xsmall, was too big, I have several of this type of bottoms. When I wanted to return it, they sent me a label, I sent it back and got a .04 credit. The bathing suit was 27.94, they ripped me off with the label sent. DON NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

I ordered and then tried to cancel the order within the hour. That was Saturday and the response was "Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed." Since they do not work on Weekends I tried several times more to cancel. Always the same response Now it is Tuesday and a notice came that the label for shipping had been created but still not sent. I am guessing they are going to try to charge me shipping both directions when I return. This is dreadful service. Never found a phone to call to talk to anyone. Can't imagine ever dealing with them again

Fraudulent. Beware of this scammer who is their customer service rep Tyler M he scams and bullies customers we were told he’s on his way out. Our company won’t do business with them again. They have no phone number and customer service do not respond. A huge scam about to go under!
