I ordered shoes for vacation and I paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately my shoes didn’t come on time. Bluefly was apologetic and also issued me a refund for the shipping. I do appreciate that but I wish my order came on time.

The app crashes constantly and has limited features. Getting customer support is a challenge. Otherwise, it was an okay experience. The item was as described and arrived within the provided timeframe.

I liked my purses but it was difficult to navigate the available colors. Very difficult to return one purse. There were problems with Bluefly's website and I was unable to set up an account to request return authorization. Their phones were down for several days before I was able to speak to someone for a return authorization.

Bluefly cancelled my order after 24 hours and I still have pending charge on my credit card. I now have to watch for to make sure it doesn't post. The company offered no fix or workaround to this problem, and did not offer any sort of "We're sorry". I tried to contact customer service via email and that bounced back saying that their email was "undergoing maintenance". Cancelled order, no rectification, and customer service unreachable. Why should I give more than one star? EDIT: Bluefly has responded extremely quickly to my concerns. All issues have been resolved on my side. Their email being down for maintenance may have been a fluke, but unfortunately it was an annoyance for a customer who was suddenly cancelled on.

Please note that when an order is placed there is a temporary authorization that places the funds on hold. We only charge when the order ships out. We have reversed the authorization and the funds should be back in your account today. Ordered three items. The next day received an email saying that one of them was out of stock and it’s rare occasion. day after got another email saying 2nd item was out of stock, now I am afraid to check email tomorrow.

Ring sizes tend to run larger. Ordered 2 different rings: 1 had a stone missing upon arrival and the other had one stone fall out within less than a week. However, returns were easy.
