They sent sent defective item and refused to give full refund! They rip customers off by colluding with dishonest eBay sellers as partners, sending defective, low-quality, possibly unauthentic products, then denying whatever you say, refusing to give full refund and charging people return fees. They don't take ANY responsibility and they even accuse YOU of being dishonest even if you provide solid evidence! Then they go back to sell these items on their little website and eBay at the same time like nothing ever happened, hoping more people would get tricked. Such a toxic business!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I was searching for a matching sweatpant to a sweatshirt purchased at Marshall's, for a family member. After finding and purchasing the pants from Bluefly, I was advised they were already found elsewhere. FORTY ONE minutes after placing the purchase, I reached out to customer service who advised they could not cancel or change the order. The reason they advised was, "we work so quickly to ship your order" - unless you are delivering my order to my doorstep the next morning and have already sent me tracking information, this is an absurd response. I immediately reached out and there is nothing on their website that indicates this order cannot be modified or canceled after placed. I will never place an order with this company again.

BEWARE! Placed an order, cancelled immediately and was told orders cannot be canceled because they process and ship so quickly- lie- took 3 more days to ship- sent item back as soon as I received it- They charged $23 to return a $100 dress- Horrible customer service, nonsense return policy- please shop at more reputable site- they have a D+ rating on BBB for a reason

Ordered product… noticed every day no shipment details were ever updated…. USPS stated that a shipping label was created however 72 hours later still not shipped… contacted customer (no support) and each time would just get appeasing smart comments ….. seemed very nonchalant and non caring… Buyer beware!!!!!! Will never use again and lesson learned check reviews prior to purchase! Update……Finally received my product with no tracking update…..perfect condition I was surprised.

it is unconscionable that Bluefly charges $21 to return an item, especially when 1) you've already paid a delivery fee, and 2) the reason for the return is a problem with the item. What's more, the item-- a BCBG puffer coat-- was delivered disgracefully, shoved into a bag that is too small. I will be contacting BCBG to let them know how their brand is being treated. I will never shop Bluefly again. You've been warned.

Sold me used shoes and didn’t advertise that they were used. I paid $304 for used shoes? Give me a break, what a scam!

I ordered pre owned pink off white odsy sneakers. Payed a lot of money and now that they are delivered they turn out to be fake! Never buy on bluefly ever again! Because i live in Europe I can't do anything about this. I'm so sad right now.

Could not get a return label and no phone number on their site. I eventually sent multiple emails and their response was nasty. I sent letter to their legal counsel. Finally got return label, sent items back and no refund until I contacted them again 2 months later. I would not ever buy from them again.
