BluecompassrvReviews of bluecompassrv.com

Bluecompass in Wheat Ridge Colorado provided us a great experience. We initially went into the store to look at one travel trailer but found out it was gone when we walked through the doors. They worked hard at finding us another one that was comparable, but in fact it was way better! They worked hard to get us the best price for our trade in and even though the signing process was a little long, the price we got for the trade in and the cost of the new travel trailer was great! I'd certainly go back, great experience.

Probably the worst service experience I have ever received in my entire 60 years. Dropped off motorhome I purchased from them for minor service, Oil chance, generator oil change and a leaking propane regulator. 5 weeks later yes 5 weeks, later and I gave up and they wanted to charge me $1100.00. Please, if I save just one person from going there I will have done my job posting this review. Beware Beware Beware.

Blue Compass in Lubock Tx. Took my Entegra Anthem for aquahot service and generator repair. Drove 130 miles to pick it up and nothing worked. 3 weeks later picked it up. I was told everything works perfect. Get home and Aquahot will not shut off. Call and was told to call warranty company. In total 1 month and not fixed. When I bought it took 2 months and threat of legal means to get fixed! Avoid this store at all cost. I will drive 5 hrs to get it fixed from here out! 0 stars do not recommend

I needed warranty work done on my Forest River truck camper and Gordon (service manager) and Ivan G. (Technician) were beyond amazing. Ivan was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Gordon went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care from the beginning to the end. We needed to submit additional documentation for our claim and both gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure that we are covered. I can’t speak to anything other than our amazing experience with warranty work, but these guys earned my business again in the future!

Stay away from this company!! (Oh how I would LOVE to name names as I write this!!!) The local dealer and corporate do NOT have any idea who's doing what and what either one needs from the customer in order to complete a purchase or sale. They think it's okay to have the customer sign blank forms. REALLY?! Indeed, they insist on it so they can finish their part of the process correctly, according to them. We think it's more likely that the corporate member doesn't want his boss to know that he sits idle all day in his pajamas at home instead of doing his job. At any rate, we did meet some 'nice' people. Unfortunately, it was these same 'nice' people who would assure us of one thing, only to turn around a couple of days later to tell us something else. One salesperson thinks it's good practice to not even listen to the customers when she asks questions and will then respond to them in the way she thought they answered her instead of according to how the customer responded to her. They don't listen, they don't tell the truth and I'm fairly certain they are not practicing good and ethical business practices. If this is how they treat 'family', we don't need it! Find another RV dealer with a better reputation to deal with!

They advertise a camper at $19,999 but that turns into $23,000 when you want to pay cash.

We had our previous RV serviced at Blue Compass. Then we purchased a new one and they have handled warranty work for us. Kelby Zimmerman goes above and beyond to see that all of our issues are resolved. He is knowledgeable, persevering and personable. A great asset to Blue Compass and customers.

This company should be shut down.. There work is terrible and they don't stand behind it.. they charged $23,000 to seal the roof replace the floors and redo our shower basin… all of it was done so poorly.. the floors are lifting all the baseboard is chipped and fell off.. they didn’t do anything to the shower. I called them on it and made them caulk it at Least. They had the nerve to give me attitude..
