bought a jayco 2025 ta a camper show in knoxville tn and went to pick it up the fowing weekend and they had to find one and when it did show up the next week there was things wrong with it that should have been fixed when they got the camper so we did not take the camper and go back the next week and so this time no one has paper work or keys and still wanted us to take it and i am not taking a camper with no keys and paper work so we go camping in it and found some stuff with it wrong so take it back they were rude that we brung it back so soon to get repairs done so a month latter we go to pick it back up and two things they say can ont be fixed so all well they said and so we look thu the camper and they power cord was missing from camper where some one forgot to put back and so i said something they give me another one and she siad they need that one back when i find mine thats not in the camper they are just rude from the word get go and they have lost the keys to they camper again so trying to get keys again to camper again i email the corpate office to call me and talk to them about all this and still no phone call so i have a 100.000.00 camper for sale por pay off just so i do not have to deal with these people again do not deal with the dealer ship the are rude and the worse people do not waste time or money

BUYER BEWARE ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE COMPASS (especially the Benson location (formerly RV One), although the leadership beyond that location is equally bad). They do not back the RVs they sell. We could not use our BRAND NEW $265,000 RV for the first 11 months. In the first 15 minutes of getting the RV home, we discovered that the generator was not working. We called the dealership and they said "We CANNOT help you." Rather than focus on the customer, leadership began playing the blame game internally of which entity was going to have to pay for the warranty work. Our calls were not answered. We only drove the RV to/ from different locations trying to find ANYONE that could identify the issue and fix it. Leadership offered payment for loss of use and then when the time came, said they never offered that. Our warranty expired before we even took a trip in the RV, and they would not entertain the idea of paying for an additional warranty for us. THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE, and I am STUNNED by the POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES OF BLUE COMPASS. Don't even think about buying from this company.

We purchased a 2025 Grande Design from Longs SC store in November. The unit came in damaged from another dealer in Florida. They waited a week before parts even got ordered. After waiting for another 3 weeks still no parts. Because of time as we will be living in it a few months due to selling our house. They were made aware of our time crunch when it was ordered. After phone calls made, Elijah the vice president called me. Assured me it would be done, yeah not quite. The store manager yelled at me in the phone saying I was being unreasonable. After calls, messages sent to VP no response. Really sad after spending over 100k with them. Guess it's time to lawyer up, AVOID Blue Compass at all costs.

Sadly a very bad purchasing experience. We have had an RV that we have been unable to use for a month. Prep service was charged and never done. The RV house batteries would not charge. Several trips to repair have finally corrected the problem. No prep fee has yet been returned. Registration has taken long enough that we still have no plates and now can not take it out as the temp plate has expired. This is with an RV that was promised to be ready when it was taken off the lot for a road trip. Very bad service.

Do not do business with BC Ringold / Chattanooga. I have a 4308 Newmar Ventana that I co-signed with them. Over five months they did not maintain my unit. They did not keep the batteries charged. Or the unit clean. It cost me $3500 today for new chassis and house batteries due to their negligence. Then blamed it on me. They are also one of the highest labor charges I’ve seen. They also doubled charged me on items I already paid that I will have to dispute. The maint and parts manager is completely unprofessional. I will be taking this matter further due to the agreement stating they were at fault for my damaged unit. They also did not or do not keep your co-signed unit clean. It was horrible shape. In and out. Do not use them.

We drove from western Illinois to Georgetown, Kentucky on September 12, 2024 to look at a 2021 Tiffin Wayfarer 25RW. Liked the vehicle and price was fair. We had a motorhome to trade in. The regional VP, Mike, was part of the sales process as well as Mike Reffet the salesman. They even offered to transport the new RV to Missouri for us to pick up. We appreciated that. When we got the RV two weeks later we discovered multiple items missing; ladder, booster seat and small table. The struts that hold up the upper bunk above the front cab are shot. The unit was dirty. I have asked Mike Reffet multiple times to see about getting those for us. He promises but never does anything. He was totally useless after the sale was made. We were told there was no prepayment penalty on the loan. There is. Byerly RV in Eureka, MO has been most helpful in doing the recalls for us and fixing things that needed to be done. I will never buy from Blue Compass again. Be warned!

On 10/22/24 my husband took our 2022 twilight camper to Blue Compass RV located at 5905 Veteran's Memorial Hwy. Scottsville, KY 42164. We have it winterized and de-winterized every year from this location. When my husband went to pay for services, we were charged 250% higher than the previous year for the exact same service. Year over year, it went from $148.39 to $424.56. My husband spoke to the service manager who was anything but polite about the situation. I think this is incomprehensible and that if the service department is expecting customers to pay this rate, they should be up front about the increases. I've already submitted a claim to the better business bureau and plan to put it on all my social media accounts until this gets remedied.

Auto leveling system quit working on our 2021 Grand Design Solitude that we bought from Bill Plemmons RV in Winston Salem. Called service department and they said bring it in on Monday September 23 2024 which we did. We called them back on October 3 2024 to check on the unit. They had no updates. They called us back on October 8 2024 and said that the unit was fixed and ready for pick up. We asked the service writer what caused the leveling system to become uncalibrated and he said most of the time it was a voltage drop in the batteries. On October 11 2024 we drove back to pick up the unit. The bill was a little over $200.00. When they finally got the unit brought out to me they had to get a battery jump pack to run the lift system. At this time I thought if a voltage drop can cause the leveling system to become out of calibration then wouldn’t the same thing happen. We hooked up to it and brought it home. Hooked up to our 50 amp service in the shed and unhooked the unit. We hit the auto level and surprise it didn’t work. On this same date I called back to the service department to let them know that the leveling system still didn't work and had to leave a voicemail. On Monday October 14 2024we received a phone call back and they advised that when I was in front of the unit they could walk me through the recalibration. We called them back and of course nobody answered the phone so we had to leave a voicemail. As of today Thursday October 17 2024 we haven’t received any phone calls or instructions on recalibrating the unit. So we paid over $200.00 for nothing and no assistance on fixing the problem. Lousy customer service from this place. Buy elsewhere! Thankfully we found a mobile RV guy in Asheboro NC.
