I purchased a Bounder 35K from the dealership in Palm Desert, CA. All I can say is I got scammed. It was the worst experience in my life. I paid 71K and after another 18K in repairs, it is finally road-ready. They were no help at all in trying to recoup some of my loss. It was a total disaster. Mike was a good dude, but the manager and corporate brushed me off. We could have been killed driving this thing from AZ to CO.

We purchased our first RV, a class A motorhome, from Blue Compass at Myrtle Beach on 11/13/25. Being RV Newbies, the site team was extremely helpful and proactive in helping us navigate the buying process. All of the staff there actually do work as an extremely customer oriented group. When you walk in the door, someone will quickly greet you with a smile and ask how they can help you. Stacy, Tim, Susan, Denny, and Bradley were exceptional. I highly recommend the Myrtle Beach South Carolina dealership.

He provided critical information that was helpful in our evaluation and very easy to work with. With the assistance of Jason and Kevin, Zack thoroughly demonstrated the commitment to a quality buying experience that put us at ease. To complete the delivery our ultimate vision , John and Tyson advised us with additional upgrades and systems from the parts department. John shared his wisdom and guidance to insure that we selected the very best solutions to the equipment and functionality we sought. His professionalism shined further as he thoughtfully demonstrated all aspects of the new trailer and the enhancements that he installed. To say we are grateful for the care and professional assistance the entire team delivered is an understatement. Blue Compass, Zack and John made this experience comfortable and satisfying and we couldn’t be happier.

Families beware: Our experience with Blue Compass RV was deeply disappointing. As a family who loves camping and RV travel, we expected honesty, care, and accountability from Blue Compass RV in Lexington, SC. From the start, communication broke down, promises weren’t kept, and we were left feeling ignored and dismissed. We handled everything in good faith and gave multiple chances for Blue Compass to make things right. Even after speaking with Brian from corporate, nothing was resolved, leaving us frustrated and disheartened. This wasn’t just about inconvenience — it was the emotional toll of being disregarded after doing everything right. Document everything and proceed with caution. It was the worst ever! We bought the RV because we were told it was the best for full time living. Well if you can get things to WORK, like the air conditioner, the command board, the leaky shower head, the self leveler does not level at all, the televator doesnt work, the tv was broken, I could go on and on. They make promises they do not keep, the timing is the worst in order to get your rv back then it comes back the same way you took it in, broke!

Our 2024 trailer went into the BlueCompass RV in Tucson AZ, where we bought it, in May. They have had it for 4 months and keep giving us excuses. My husband contacted Intech who is the manufacturer of our TT, and they told him that there was damage, so they needed to reorder the parts. Blue Compass never told us that. We have been making payments on a TT that we have not even been able to use all summer. We are not happy, at all!

I dropped my camper off, explained what the problem was, gave them the nut that fell off on the outside and told them the other part was probably inside the pop up bed rail. They had the camper 4 weeks. When I called they said the technician said it needed a bracket. Turned over to parts dept awaiting part. I explained what it was and there is no bracket on that bed system. It’s one sliding rail and 4 wheels. I even gave them the part numbers and the exploded diagram from Coleman showing what it was. He said he would have the technician call me. No phone call ever came. I drove over after 4 weeks only to have them tell me the diagnostic says it needs a bracket. I left then returned and told them I’m taking the camper with me. I know what it is and have the $10 part to fix it. Paid $499 which included a single axel packing. The said bye, never offered to help hook the camper up, I had to go back and ask for help pulling it out. They called someone to pull it halfway out of the storage space dropped it walked by while I prepped it to hook up. Not once offered to help hook it up. Got the camper home, set it up pulled the bed slide out found the roller wheel and washer in the bed rail like I told them, reinstalled it and it worked perfect. It was apparent they never fully tried to find the issue but charged me ridiculously. Never will I entertain purchasing or dropping off for service anything in the future with Blue Compass RV. Such a shame.
