Fraudulently charged $1000 to my credit card which I’m now disputing for a refundable deposit while I was looking. No integrity at all.

Purchased a used camper from Blue Compass in Park City, Kansas. 17 miles from the dealership both wheels on the left side fell off the camper and rolled across the highway. The center of the wheels were destroyed and all but one stud were missing. They said they would pay for the tow and all repairs but I would have to get it to them. After sitting on the highway for 5 hours in 100 plus degree heat I finally found a tow service who agreed to take it back to the dealership at a cost of 1,972 dollars. It has been three weeks I have no refund and they say the RV is awaiting parts. This isn’t right!

Stay away at all cost! My AC went out on Labor Day of 2026. I made a request for service and the sales manager Ritchie Ritch reached out to me and stated he would help me. I made several emails and phone calls to Ritchie but to no avail. I made a phone call on September 11 and the receptionist said Ritchie was in front of her and would call me back. Of course he ghosted me and never called back. I reached out to the regional sales manager, and of course he made excuses for Ritchie. I personally had to call the service department and set up a time to drop my trailer off. Being a former sales manager, I would never think of leading my sales team by bad example. It’s obvious Ritchie is teaching them. Customer service doesn’t mean a thing. If you can’t get your sales manager to call a customer back, why would you think your sales people would have any better customer service skills?

Advertised price was blatant false advertising. The price jumped from the stated $25,000 to over $38,000 when paying cash. No way did the ad say the price was for only financing. If we would finance we would still end up paying the $38,000 or more with interest. They kept calling to see if we were still interested and never once offered the rv at the advertised price for a cash purchase.

This dealership is not like any of the others we tried to buy from. Their sales team was not pushy, and we felt like our salesperson, Clayton, truly cared about our experience. We were nervous about the financing approval since it was a big purchase to us, but the lady, Mandy, that did everything was great. Everything turned out better than we thought. Buying a used RV was not what we were initially wanting, but they did include a warranty, so we knew we got lucky and we didn't have to spend as much money to get a brand new one. We aren't ever planning on getting rid of it, but if we did go back to buy another one it would definitely be here. The Service folks have been awesome as well with all of our phone calls and answering our questions.

We brought our Micro Minnie Winnie into Indy RV outside of Hurricane, UT in May. We needed to have the lower door on the Dometic rerfrigerator fixed as it had opened while on the road and was coming apart; the slideout wasn't running in and out straight. Upon pulling in, we found the company had been taken over by Blue Compass RV. Ok, but we didn't know anything about them at this point. We talked with a Service Assistant to let him know what we wanted done/fixed and left. Time dragged on nearly a month, we check in with Service and were told they were still working on it or waiting on parts. When pressed for info, the Service Assistant told us the slideout and a couple other, minor things had been fixed, but they could not find a new frig door through their supply network and were not allowed to go outside of it. We said fine, hang tight. We ordered a door in about 15 minutes from the internet. When it arrived at our home a week later, I made the 1.5 hour road trip over to Hurricane and hand delivered it to the Service Assistant. What I didn't know and BC didn't tell us, was that they needed the surrounding trim frame and door handle, not the door itself. And guess what? We find out later, the shipping package only contained the door itself, no trim frame. So much for being proactive and helpful. Other than slopy communications and poor follow through, we assigned no fault to BC. Time moves on, finally call BC to check on status. We are told it is ready to go, all fixed. We head over again to pay and pick it up. We are thinking these guys are good, only $66 to fix the frig door (of couse we paid about $200 for the part). Ok, so we get home and set up; look inside and the frig door is in pieces and coming apart. Things look like there are missing parts on the hinge side and it appears like they put the broken trim frame back on. Grrrr! So we call BC, explain our chagrin at bringing the MMW home with the door not fixed. The Sevice Assist. said he hadn't actually inspected the unit as the place was swamped with unplanned work. He just took the technician at his word that all was fixed, but not to worry, he would have Parts order the pieces that were still broken or missing and if we would just bring it by the next time we are in the vicinity, he would jump on it right away and have us on the road in no time. So we haul it back over about 2 wks later. And hand it over to the same SA. He said the tech that had worked on it previously had been let go and he would put his most senior repair tech on it this time, but he could not get to it today. So, back home we went. A week goes by, no word, then into the second week we call. Parts missing have been ordered but haven't arrived yet but won't be long. We are now into week 3 and a different SA calls saying its done, when can we come and get it. We asked about the SA we originally had dealt with. Response was, "Oh he is no longer with us here at BC." What kind of outfit is this? Today I drove to Hurricane again. They changed out one set of drawer slides for more heavy duty ones which was supposed to have been done on the first go-round for the big drawer under the stove and replaced the trim frame and handle on the frig door. The bill was over $500. When I baulked, the "Corporate" guy came over and said "Well, the tech had spent 3 hours replacing the drawer slides, but they weren't going to charge us for that. And they would give us the 10% discount that they give to customers purchasing maintenace & repair packages." When I checked the invoice provided after paying, it did not break down parts from labor. So here is the bottom line: We bought the frig door (about $200), made 2 trips to Hurricane and back; they bought the trim frame and door handle. And installed it ($417). Man, what a ripoff! Too much dishonesty here. I will never do business with Blue Compass again, full stop.

BEWARE OF BLUE COMPASS RV (Mesa). I would like to share my experience so others don’t have to go through the same experience. I would NOT recommend purchasing an RV from Blue Compass RV or leaving your RV in their care for service. We purchased a brand-new 2026 inTech Flyer Discover from Blue Compass RV. Within hours of picking it up we discovered the reverse lights and directional lights were not working. The trailer was returned to Blue Compass less than 48 hours later for those warranty/service related issues to be fixed and for a protective coating that was included in purchase price to be applied. While our brand-new trailer was in Blue Compass’s possession, a dumpster fire occurred on their property which was caused by an employee improperly compacting a mini fridge in the dumpster which caused an explosion. The heat from that fire damaged and warped the rear of our trailer which was parked next to it. The damage did not occur while we were using, transporting, or storing the RV. It occurred while the RV was in Blue Compass’s custody after we returned it to them for service. Rather than receiving the level of accountability and resolution I would expect when a dealership damages a customer’s brand-new RV, the situation required repeated communication and escalation. We ultimately escalated the matter to Blue Compass GM who refused to provide their company insurance policy, refused our requests for video surveillance of what started the fire, or to provide the fire/police report, and options for resolution. I then emailed executive leadership including the President and VP of the Southwest region….neither have responded. I was told that our RV was “used” the second it drove off their lot and that we had to go through our own insurance to fix the fire damage which ultimately led to us having to cancel our plans of a two week RV trip to Utah national parks which is why we purchased this RV in the first place. Accidents happen. The real measure of a company is what it does after damaging a customer’s property. Blue Compass had an opportunity to demonstrate accountability, integrity, and strong customer service after a brand-new RV entrusted to its care was damaged on its property. Our experience demonstrated the opposite. We purchased a new RV. We returned it to the dealership for service. It was damaged while in their possession. Resolving the situation then required escalation all the way to executive leadership and legal consultation. Customers considering Blue Compass should understand that the dealership relationship extends well beyond the sale. Based on the facts of our experience, we will not purchase another RV from Blue Compass or return our RV to them for service. I would avoid working with this company AT ALL COSTS.

I almost bought a used (but not old) RV from Blue Compass...ALMOST...until they deliberately HID issues with the RV...issues I had to pressure them into revealing. Photos (including those one the website) and videos were taken from angles where present issues could NOT be seen (I am located far from them, so relied on these things as supplied by the salesperson). I would have driven nearly 1K miles, one way, to discover an RV with significant issues. Instead of buying a very expensive newer unit, I bought a clean, older RV locally, via private party...built very well, and still in great shape. No issues whatsoever with it and, considering the measly $5K I paid, I'm entirely unconcerned about how long it lasts...but I will still take care of it. The very recent "Work Less Enjoy Life More" video on YouTube has convinced me to stick with clean, older, inexpensive units, and to avoid Blue Compass RV.
