Stopped in and parked in front of office, no one came out. We started looking at trailers and again no one came out. We went inside and a brand new salesman was sent out with us. He knew nothing and could only answer a couple of my questions after looking at his paper work. Why on earth didn't someone who knew something accompany this man? He might as well have just given us the keys to the campers since he knew no more about them than we did. He did not know where one of the campers I wanted to see was located so he had to go inside. When we went inside of it there was pee on the toilet and dog food on the floor. UNREAL!!!! After crossing that one off my list we went inside to talk to the guy higher up the chain about the nucamp I was interested in. The price then went up $4000. Their fees were $1000 and their fee for the brake control and tow bars was $1200. I asked what the rest was for and he didn't answer me so I stood up and said, "your price is going the wrong way, we're going to the beach and we left. What a crappy experience...

We bought a 2025 Keystone Montana and on our first trip the refrigerator shelves broke completely off and the freezer drawers broke. We had absolutely nothing inside. The air conditioner leaked thru the roof and the recliner was broken. When trying to schedule maintenance they completely ignored us. We paid $13,000 for insurance that would cover anything but it covers nothing. Management needs to be replaced as well as the entire sales team and finance guy. He lied to our face. Make Camping World seem okay. Run don’t walk from this place.

Do not buy from Blue Compass or let them service your RV. Bought from them new in 2023 and was lied to from the entire sales team and scammed by the service department. Worst experience I've ever had buying a product. My experience was with Blue Compass in Norman, Oklahoma but after checking around, the entire company seems to be liars. I would not recommend using this company for anything.

I let this company know on the way home from purchasing the rv that they sold me a rv with a lot of problems and they never offered any help ,just kept saying call the roadside assistant to get help,I never purchased any roadside assistant but I checked my bill and found they added on 6000.00 dollars on my purchase price and charged me more than quoted price and also found they charged me a 3 year subscription to rv life pro which I didn't want also had me sign blank papers . Also charged me 1245.00 dollars for fees and 2845.00 taxes and then took off my 10,000 dollars down payment. This is the crooked company I have ever dealt with. The rv is sitting in the same place l parked it when i got home. Tried to work with them for better financing or lower price but they are not saying anything. They are like a bunch kids in grade school and not replying to me. April 25th 2025 and it is July 5th 2025. I told them to come pick it up and have not heard anything from them. I told the bank im not paying for the rv cause it was junk. They charged higher prices than they quoted and high interest rates at 9.49% and I have credit score of 787. Im sending my paperwork to tax office in Arkansas cause i think they add extra to everything they could to run up the price of the loan. This company charged me over $11,000 for warranties I did not ask for. It was found by me the day after the sale and supposedly cancelled in April of 2025 and they keep lying and saying the warranties are cancelled.The warranty company is owned by Blue compass so they refuse to cancel the warranties and say only the dealer can do that.

MY COACH WENT IN FOR REPAIR AND MARCH 25TH, 2025, WENT TO PICK IT UP 6-9-25 TO FIND IT VANDALIZED AND ITEMS STOLEN. I WAS BEING HANDED BACK MY COACH LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW THIS HAD HAPPENED. THE GENERAL MANAGER KYLE SAID THEY DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS DONE THERE AND NOBODY REPORTED IT BECAUSE ALOT OF CAMPERS GET BROUGHT IN THIS WAY. WELL THEY KNOW I DIDN'T THROW ALL MY CLOTHES EVERYWHERE, STEAL MY OWN TOWELS AND TOOL BAG AND CRAP IN MY TOILET AND LEAVE IT THERE. NOT TO MENTION COFFEE BEING SPILT ON THE FLOOR AND A COFFEE CUP STILL IN THERE 1/2 FULL. REPAIR THAT WAS DONE ON THE DOOR WAS ALREADY FALLING OFF. DASH WHERE AIRCONDITIONER UPFRONT IS, WAS FALLING INSIDE NOT EVEN PUT BACK IN PROPERLY. MY SERVICE GUY LANCE IS AWESOME & SO HELPFUL BUT THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME SERIOUS HELP. THE OWNERS NEED TO COME TO LUBBOCK AND DO SOME REARRANGING OR HIRING. I HAVE ONLY USED MY COACH TWICE AND THE REST OF THE TIME THEY HAVE HAD IT. THE FIRST TIME THEY KEPT IT FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. TAKE ONE TRIP AND BACK IT GOES. YES ITS USED BUT HOLY CRAP. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN THAT WENT THROUGH ALL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LAID OR SLEPT ON MY BED OR IF IT WAS BROKEN INTO. THIS IS SO DISGRACEFUL & NASTY. THEY ARE GOING TO CLEAN IT TOMORROW BUT IT SHOULD OF NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I THINK IT WAS A TECHNICIAN NOT BROKEN INTO.

I bought a fifth wheel from the Blue Compass in Fort Worth. They refused to give me the paper work on the deal and kept saying I had it already. Who does that except crooks who want to hide something. Hide they did. The put over $11000.00 in warranties that I did not ask for. When they were caught they said they cancelled them but I have not received that check yet and it has been over 2 months since I puchased it.They also told me it would be delivered at not cost becausee it was close . I have since found out they altered the fraudulant paperwork and charged me $500 for that. This company has nothing but crooks running it.

Worst company to ever buy a motorhome and get serviced stay as far away from them as possible. They’ll do nothing but upsell you on services and do a crappy job and I speak of the location in Alvin Texas and definitely don’t do business with their service advisor, Adonis, or their manager, Dominic Garcia. They’ll just keep you going around in circles will not stand behind their work just a waste of time. if I could give them less than a star, I would biggest regret buying something from them.
