I mean no need to mention all the bad experiences I had, just look at the rating loooool. However I'm here to expose the(BLS CEO) crooks trick they do. -They sell slots to traveling agencies under the table for extra, that's why they are fully booked. -they give a cut to Spanish lobbies to keep them as their solely Visa intermediate regardless of their poor amateurism(no compétition) -Spanish gov (Africans of Europe) give very few Visa quotas to brown third world citizens skin who in fact built their 800 years Andalucían civilisation. I swear it much faster for me to get to Spain using dingy from North African than going through their "legal" process. Even tho I'm the husband of Spanish citizen+baby for 10years...

Agree with the recent reviews here. BLS introduce their new 'Spain visa at your doopstep' which costs approimately £400 and suddenly it is impossible to get a standard appointment in London (used to be under £100 and quite easy to get). I logged in every day morning and evening to check for August 2022 slots going live as they would not confirm timing via email. They must have went live sometime last night - checked this morning and no slots available. They couldn't care less - it seems obvious they have cut the number of appointments available in London to force people to pay massive amounts to obtain the visas with their new rip-off 'offering'. Pretty much a money making scam and a true disgrace! None of these reviews will make a difference either - they don't care and are only interested in cornering people into having no choice but to pay extortionate fees.

It is impossible to get an appointment. I booked my holidays 3 months ago and I never could find a slot. When they open a new month slots they are already taken. If you call them they are rude and no helpful at all, only said: we don’t know, no slots available and they cut the phone. I can’t believe that the ONLY website available to get a visa works like that. Why don’t they open the whole calendar? There is an online way to get your visa that costs more than £500, I’m sure they close all the appointments to make people buying that service and pay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

BLS are useless. You cannot travel to Europe because there are ‘no appointments Left at BLS. Finding an available appointment slot is like winning the lottery and it doesn’t matter if you apply 3 months in advance or 1 month. But if you pay a travel agent to book an appointment for you, there are plenty of slots available…so they want you to do this for the extra ££ they can make off you. Do the Spanish consulate know that BLS are profiting from this in this manner? Yes I’m sure they do. I got a home visit slot in the end for my husbands visa which cost £398… But it wont begin to process until 1 week after they come to your house WHICH THEY DON’T TELL YOU OF COURSE because they want your money and don’t care less if you get the visa in time! Our home visit was on Monday and won’t start to be processing until next Monday but they just tell you it will start processing in 2-3 days Then you have to add 15 days and then add on courier delivery time which is impossible to find out btw. I thought applying 1 month in advance would have been more then enough time! I’ve applied for many China visas which took 7-14 days. The BLS help line is based in India and are rude and knew less then we did. My average wait to get though by phone was about 45 minutes. I’m more upset on how the Spanish government allow such a poor performing company to represent them. Is it punishment for brexit? Because it feels that way. Or are they just using the cheapest company they could find which uses call centres from overseas. Also please have more information on your website then less people will clog up the phone lines with basic questions, example: No slots available, or please book appointment 6 months in advance, please photocopy original bank statements and send the copy only with application or even mention the fact that there are VERY FEW APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE so people can not waste there time and go somewhere else and save ££££…. please!!!!!!!! Spanish Consulate, do you realise people are buying air tickets for a visa you know full well, they are likely not going to get because YOU use con artist company’s like BLS….. I guess you don’t care…..Disgraceful! My advice to those hoping to get away for a holiday this year… Avoid schengen countries as it’s not worth the stress, anxiety and money lost that comes with applying for a visa. Rant over

An absolute shame and extorsion. I am Spanish and I am trying to sort out a visa SINCE FEB for our fully booked trip in Sept. This company which has a monopoly with the Spanish Consulate/Embassy ( Another embarrasment for the Spaniards abroad) does not answer their phone, does not answer their mail and only when one get rude with them, they answer to tell you that there is no spots available to process the Visa, H O W E V E R if you want to do use their service " Visa from home" the costs is + £500 - which is an extortion and what they do is avoid people who are not European to go to the Schengen area. Since Feb I am trying to reach out to them to ask for support on getting the visa sorted, and I don't get absolutely nothing - this is a bottleneck from the Embassy ( which I also put a complaint) but the fact that the phone the provide is FAKE and they DO NOT answer to any queries or provide any solutions is very sick and embarrasing as a Spaniard.

I have emailed and called BLS with no help, i am travelling on 10th July, and i booked non refundable tickets, just very angry and helpless because i don't know what to do, some one even offered me if i willing pay 450 euro they will get me a free slots for this week, it is like joke, it is good system, i have take this as lost and never want to go to Spain anymore,

Like others, I cannot get an appointment. I applied on the 11th June and there are no appointments available for the next 2 months and i am flying on the 1st September. This used to be a simple and quick process but BLS are awful. Sent so many messages to them about when new appointments might be coming up - they send a generic email indicating there are no appointments but not actually answering the question. The phone number does not connect so impossible to call. Absolutely useless

After filling up all my papers it turns out they have 0 appointments available for the next 2 months!
