**Extremely Disappointing Service – Passport Still Not Returned After Almost 2 Months!** I applied for my Spanish Schengen visa through BLS Spain Visa Application Centre in Manchester on **27th August 2026**, and today is **26th October 2026**. It's been almost two months, and I still haven't received my passport. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of clarity. They don't provide any estimated date for when your passport will be returned, leaving applicants completely in the dark. My passport has been held for almost two months, and I have no idea when I'll get it back. This is extremely stressful, especially when you have other important plans and commitments that require your passport. I understand that visa decisions are made by the Spanish authorities, but applicants should at least receive clear updates and a realistic timeframe. **Nearly two months without my passport and still no confirmed return date. Absolutely unacceptable customer experience.** Very disappointed with the overall service and lack of communication. I would not recommend this experience to anyone applying for a Spanish visa.

How can Spain hand over Visa processing to such un trained professionals. No clear information on the website, no replies to the customer emails, buggy process.

I submitted my Spain Schengen visa application on 4 September and was advised of a 4-5 week processing time. More than five weeks later, I am still waiting, with my travel date approaching. The real problem is BLS's shocking attitude towards applicants. Misleading processing estimates: Applicants are advised of 4-5 weeks while the website now states 6–8 weeks, with no clear explanation of the change. Poor transparency: Applicants are not adequately warned about the serious delays being reported in Manchester. No accountability: Every enquiry is met with the same excuse that the Consulate makes the decisions. Useless customer support: No meaningful solutions, no effective escalation and no ownership of customer concerns. Financial consequences: People are losing money on flights, hotels and cancelled trips while receiving little useful assistance. Inadequate complaint handling: Even obtaining a clear complaints procedure or management escalation is unnecessarily difficult. What is the point of continuing to accept appointments and collect fees without clearly communicating the processing delays applicants may face? BLS may not control visa decisions, but it absolutely controls the information it gives customers and the standard of service it provides. Hiding behind the Consulate's responsibility is not an acceptable response to legitimate complaints. BLS International is listed on India's NSE and BSE stock exchanges. One would expect a publicly listed multinational company handling government visa services to maintain basic standards of transparency, customer care and accountability. Yet its Manchester operation falls remarkably short. The lack of professionalism, transparency and accountability is unacceptable. One star is generous. Applicants deserve far better than this. I would strongly discourage anyone from relying on BLS Manchester's processing estimates without independently verifying the risks.

⭐ **Very Disappointing Experience at BLS Spain Visa Application Centre, London** Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of professionalism and unfair treatment I experienced at BLS Spain London. I first attended on 6 October, but my application was not accepted because my passport did not have two blank pages. I was advised to renew it, which I did. When I returned on 15 October with my renewed passport, I was again told to change my travel itinerary because my departure was less than 15 days away. The centre manager was dismissive and showed little interest in listening to my circumstances or offering any meaningful guidance. **What disappointed me even more was the behaviour of the security staff.** My appointment was at 9:15 AM, and I arrived at approximately 9:13 AM. However, I noticed another couple arriving around 9:45 AM being warmly welcomed and escorted directly into the queue by the security guard, while I was left waiting and felt completely ignored. I have absolutely no issue with other applicants being assisted, but I do expect a fair, consistent and transparent queuing system. In Britain, respecting the queue and treating everyone equally is basic courtesy. Why should someone who arrived earlier for a scheduled appointment be overlooked without any explanation? I understand that visa centres have regulations to follow, but that does not justify poor communication, dismissive behaviour or inconsistent treatment of applicants. People take time off work, travel long distances and spend their hard-earned money attending these appointments. **The least they deserve is respect, fairness and professional service.** I sincerely hope BLS senior management takes these concerns seriously and reviews the conduct of both the centre manager and security staff. **A visa application centre should make an already stressful process easier, not unnecessarily more frustrating.**

Worst website ever. It's bugged, slow, crashed, will kick you out for no reason, will pretend you made too many connection attempts when you're literally connecting for the first time of the day. And best of the best : after I successfully passed the Liveness check, I got a link to payment page that, when click it, tells you "Liveness check must be completed before payment" this is crazy. Worse company for handling administrative work.
