Horrible service! I have a holiday booked for mid-September and can't find a slot for an appointment. It shows fully booked from now till the end of August. How on earth will I have enough time to submit my application and have it processed? And I already booked non-refundable flights which is required before you can submit your application. I'm just hoping by some miracle that I get an appointment date before my trip otherwise this will not be funny!!! And when you contact them, they offer no help at all, it's shocking! Worst experience ever!!!

Honestly the best service I've ever received. We went to the BLS centre in Manchester and the staff were polite, helpful and very professional. Zee and Bux were exceptional. They even offered us drinks. If I could give 10 stars for service, I would! Keep up the good work.

This organisation is a disgrace and brings shame on the Spanish government. Not only are they incompetent, not knowing their job, but also they blackmail their customers. I had to pay an extra £60 just to get an appointment with them. This was on top of the fees advertised on the web site. They also make customers pay £25 for the return envelope while with other agencies you can buy your own special delivery envelope for about £6. Spain should sack this agency and appoint one worthy of the country.

I wondered why Spain selected this shambolic company as visa application centre. I had the worst experience from the staff in Manchester office and on top of that, they refused to submit my application documents to the consular of Spain. I plead with Spanish government to reconsider their choice of this unprofessional agency to a more professional one like TLS or VFS.

Why is it impossible to get an appointment slot. Has any one been successful this month?

I am writing this just to share and give knowledge to my fellow Domestic Helper here in Singapore my horrible experience at BLS Visa Application Center, I was there last month to apply Visit/Tourist Visa going to my boyfriend in Spain. I completed all my documents and the lady in counter 4 telling me that I am not qualified to apply for the Visa because I am only a maid and I need to travel with my boss so my Visa would be granted. I was in shocked because I know that she underestimated me due to my job. But I insisted her and even showed to her the site of BLS that whatever IC are you holding here in Singapore as long as you are legal staying here you have the privilege to travel. I was really mad and even I said to her that I am fully sponsored by my boyfriend and I have the documents to prove it and aside from that I provided my own bank statement account as well showing that I have sufficient funds to travel. Finally she accepted my documents and I paid for $173 all I know is I'll pay only for $119 equivalent for 80€. That lady gave me a nightmare I didn't sleep in 4nights in a row. She shouldn't telling this to the applicant like me as work permit holder because she doesn’t have the authority to decide if my visa will be denied or not. Finally after 6 days I got my passport and it was approved by Spain Embassy. Thank you Spain Embassy. Please Help me to do legal action to the lady in counter 4 to stop this kind of situation will happen again to everyone 🙏

Impossible to get an appointment, so impossible for me to travel to Spain. I booked a trip and had to cancel. What is this doing for their tourism trade? Seriously shocking state of affairs.
