Scam company - no idea how they got the contract to administer visas
I like many others couldn't get an appointment after trying every day for months. When I tried to call I was told to e-mail, when I e-mailed I was told to call??!! Eventually I just turned up at the offices and explained my dilemma. I was thankfully given a 'walk-in' appointment and successfully applied for the visa, which did arrive back soon afterwards. My annoyance is the shoddy way this service/business is run. Enquiries are not answered in any way satisfactorily, the e-mail replies just say the generic 'call this number' for help or 'refer to the website'. In addition to the £68 visa fee I was charged £13.15 service fee? £24.95 courier fee (special delivery is about £6!) £1.95 to send me a text and £60 for 'Premium Lounge'?? I have no idea what this is as I didn't ask for any premium service and wasn't given anything extra. I have sent several e-mails asking them to explain what it was for but they refuse to answer. They just will not give me a direct answer, which tells me they have just added this on for no reason. When I called the help line it was intercepted by a recorded message from the police saying the company is being investigated for fraud! Hardly surprising.
