Is there any other way I can apply for a Spain Visa, This BLS is absolutely rubbish company. If there is a minus I would deffo have given it. Dont even deserve 1 star TBH.

I do not know what the Spanish embassy Ireland is trying to do by using BLS International for all tourist and Business Visa appointments. I have been trying to get an appointment since February 2023 for a trip I was hopping to go on end of April 2023. Once every other week sometimes 2 days a week 1 appointment shows up, the appointment is visible for less than 30 seconds, I have tried numerous times to catch the appointment, and each time, I get back 1 of the 2 errors below. 1. Invalid Entry OR Date slot capacity full. 2. the Hcaptcha fails because picking the camera or cabbage etc simply fails on the appointment page. This is a warning to anyone who requires a schengen visa and wishes to go on a holiday trip to Spain from Ireland, if you book flights and pay for accommodation before making an appointment expect to lose all the money as you will not get a refund for the flights. Booking flights and accommodation is a required form of evidence of your planned trip. I will write a formal letter of complaint to the Spanish embassy as it is the only option I have, furthermore, I will initiate a petition to get this BLS website shutdown as it is unusable, it is impossible to book an appointment within 30 seconds, you have to pass the Hcaptcha check and also input the date and visa type and click submit in less than 30 seconds. The bookitit system was far much better than the BLS system. PS. I sent BLS an email requesting for assistance booking an appointment, and this is the response I got, also, if you are constantly trying to refresh the page to try get an appointment, eventually you will get temporarily banned and you lose access to the website. -------------------------------------------- Dear Applicant Thank you for your email, we are glad to assist you. This has been one of the most stressful experiences ever! We were looking every day several times for an appointment and phoning/emailing/contacting o. Social media. The customer service on line and by phone is appalling. We knew at the end of March they must be releasing the dates for May soon. On April 3 they released not only dates for May but also April which had been showing as unavailable. Every single day in April and May was green - amazing after weeks of trying. We booked an appointment and attended so seberytbing is now submitted. The experience at the BLS office in Manchester was excellent- friendly, attentive and supportive staff. It was like a different company. So glad the nightmare of getting an appointment is over and wish everyone else on here luck getting one. we won’t chose Spain again far too stressful.

They open the slot but it will show you already full but if you will manually put the date on appointment date you will see the available appointment below but you can't proceed because from inside the BLS they are selling this appointment to agents to earn extra money and no one can get the appointment directly, and everyone have to pay extra to them.

I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS WHAT RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely disgusted with this service. for the past couple of months my partner has been trying to get an appointment as we have a holiday that has been booked and paid for in June . We have sent multiple emails (which have included booking confirmation,hotel reservation, transfer and also policy stating that if we cancel our holiday we will lose all the money that has been paid as its non- refundable) and even called in to make them aware of the urgency we have to be able to ensure we have this visa before we flight out in the first week of June. All we keep getting told is that we have to keep checking for appointments in case there is a cancellation. We followed everything that has been requested via bls spain visa site but yet nothing has been done. I so annoyed because this holiday has been booked from since last year. I even wanted to send my partner down there and make him wait there to ensure that he gets seen, this a joke and someone needs to make the Spanish authority know of how atrocious this this. They have made so many families miss out and lose money which isn't fair. BLS SPAIN VISA YOU NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I KNOW YOU SEE ALL THESE REVIEWS FIX-UP AND START ACTING ACCORDINGLY!!!!!

Have to book holiday before I can apply for a visa for my Chinese wife as holiday details are required but, like others, unable to get an appointment date in Edinburgh before we are due to fly on the 28th April! Only April and May now showing and both fully booked and have been trying since the beginning of March. Spoken to them on two occasions and was told that I should keep looking every day for cancelled appointments. Emailed the Spanish Consulate in Edinburgh early in March when I saw that there were no available slots and was told on the 10th of March to try until the end of the month and if unsuccessful use the same email link to get back to them, which suggested that the Consulate would do something about the situation we were faced with. However, when I did as asked, having checked the BLS site everyday, and got back to the Consulate through the same email link, they replied by saying that BLS dealt with all tourist visas and I should keep checking the BLS website. (maybe a different person answering) I have written back again but have not yet had a reply. I am beginning to think that BLS is just a money making scam who want you to take out there door to door service which costs nearly as much as the holiday itself! I will be copying this post and send it off to the Spanish Embassy in London and the Consulate in Edinburgh and asking them to check out the reviews for BLS on Trustpilot.
