I have been trying to book a visa appointment since more than a month. I check frequently day and late night too trying my luck. It just says full booked until end of April and no dates released for May. Such a bad experience with booking visas I have never come across this anywhere. Looks like I may have to pay £500 for tourist visa. Its a shame that all my accommodation /food and flight fare for 7 nights is costing me less than this.

My husband has been walking in for 3 weeks now because no appt available on their website. He waisted so much time and money for travelling He was told come back tomorrow or we are closed no walk in today. I don’t understand why they allow this company in Uk. Its the worst customer service and a nightmare to deal with anyone who works there. I am warning everyone not to apply for visa here. Just get your schegan visa somewhere else if you plan to travel in spain. I have now cancel our holidays and got our refund. Its ashamed to this country and its a big loss because we are a family of 10. We are now heading to Italy instead. Got s visa from VFS for 90 days. Ciao bello and bella…

It's a scam, they don't have any appointments available. I've been monitoring it since January and they are always 'full'.

Their in-person visa appointments are never available. I spent two months checking every day until they updated them, and they were gone immediately. Presumably a great way to force people to book appointments through travel agents and pay even more money. Or worse, to book through an even more incompetent company, Partner and Express (do not use this service), who pick up your documents from your home. After I finally managed to send my documents and application, I spent ONE MONTH having no idea where my passport was and what the status of my application was, getting no updates from anyone. After that month, I chased them for 3 days until I finally got hold of a DX courier number, only to discover that my passport had already been processed and sent back two weeks before and I had no idea. Noone from BLS updated me, noone from BLS contacted me to give me the courier number, and my passport was just bouncing back and forth from my address to a storage center and I was clueless. I guess if I didn't personally chase them up I would've never gotten my passport back. So much stress that could have easily been avoided if they were transparent with their customers and more organised in giving very basic information about the status of applications. When I emailed to complain about this twice, I got almost identical, generic replies. Their emails are either handled by robots or people that cannot comprehend human language. Absolutely not worth the trip to Spain, people deserve better than this.

If you're planning to visit Spain and need a visa, the BLS Spain visa application center is definitely the way to go. The application process was straightforward and easy to follow thanks to helpful staff preethi who were always on hand to assist with any questions. Their efficient service meant that I received my visa in record time, leaving me with ample time to plan out my trip! The facility was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience while waiting for my appointment. I particularly appreciated the prompt communication from BLS once my application was approved, which made it easy for me to collect my documents without any hassle. Overall, I would recommend the BLS Spain visa application center without hesitation - they offer top-notch service at every step of the way!

Such a terrible company to deal with. Better to choose a different travel destination than trying to get a good service out of these scammers

I gave a 5 star review when I applied the Spanish visa previously. BUT now I am giving it a one star. I have been trying to book a visa appointment for the last 2 months and still no success. HOWEVER there are a plenty of appointments available with certain “agency” which charges high fee and requires applicants’ personal data to acquire a visa slot!!!! !!!!! What also amazes me is that over 100 five star “reviews” popped up on google reviews in the last week??? HOW and WHY? I am wondering why such behaviour of BLS has not alerted the Spanish authorities and the relevant bodies in the UK?! What is going on behind the closed doors? No appointments online! No customer service! But a plenty of agencies selling slots! What more?!

1. DIFFICULT TO GET A BOOKING SLOT since last November. We planned a trip to Spain this Feb, but I clicked almost everyday since last Nov and all were fully booked for Nov and Dec 22. It was only after Christmas slots from January appeared. 2. UNTHOUGHTFUL BOOKING SYSTEM. We need to book for both myself and my son, no problem at all when you filled in online forms. However, when trying to book the appointments, you were not allowed to use the same email to book two appointments. Then I had to delete one application and restarted it by using a different email account. 3. HUGE DELAY in notifying if a missing document is requested. It's common sense that visa application is vital for the applicant, the visa centre should have advised the applicant at the first place if additional document needs to be provided. Why couldn't the visa centre have sent instant text message? Instead, they chose to send a letter via DX courier without any tracking provided, which ended up as a delayed letter for more than 10 days by the time it reached us. I also checked the tracking history on DX website after received it, the date on the letter was 19th Jan but DX only received it on 23rd Jan. The visa centre sent a notification email, which was also 5 days later than the embassy told them to do so. 4. POOR REPLY OR NO RESPONSE VIA PHONE/EMAIL. I called the visa centre to clarify the situation, they told me it would be better to email, then I emailed but never got a response. 5. DELAY IN SENDING THE MISSING DOCUMENT TO THE EMBASSY. I brought the missing document to the visa centre before the requested deadline, but after 6 days I received the letter of 'your application is closed due to missing document'. I wondered when the visa centre passed my missing document to the embassy and how DX the courier processed it. If the requested document needs to be submitted within 10 days, how does it count the days? Till the day when the visa centre receives it, or the embassy receives it? This is so tricky and unfair for the applicant if the working and communication efficiency of any party involved is low. I called the visa centre later but they could do nothing if the case was closed. There are clauses of 'no liability for any delays, or for loss...' on their website, so you can see my points. I appealed to the embassy, they told me it would take a month at maximum to resolve. So we had to cancel the trip, the flight tickets can't be refunded of course. This whole experience is so awful. It's not only about the time and money we spent. The visa centre is supposed to provide decent services as a bridge between the applicants and the embassy. What we found out this time is how irresponsible they are, with such poor communication and processing ability. PLUS, my appeal was successful after ONE MONTH. That means something must have gone wrong in the Visa Centre!
