Absolute scam that’s what I would describe this company as. Disgusting atttitude, unprofessional service and a rip off. 1.You get told to book your holiday or you don’t get an appointment. 2. You get an appointment and pay premium service charge £170 (no refund btw) 3. We were guaranteed to get our VISA within 3 days. Otherwise we would have not paid for it and managed to get a refund for holiday/ missed our holiday! Passport came 3 weeks late. 4. Denied VISA - due to not providing proof… even thought they made us run about Edinburgh to get the printed documents up to their standards! Lost out on a lot of money. Family holiday ruined due to these liars and money grabbers. Not to mention I phoned many times and they change their story each time full of excuses , rude and hung the phone up on you. Do not waste your time or money. We have not been refunded for our holiday or this VISA.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you require a Schengen visa to travel within the EU, do not even contemplate going to Spain as the embassy have contracted this absolutely corrupt and useless company to process the visas. There is zero chance you will be able to find an appointment in their booking system to process your visa, no matter how far in advance you book your trip. Other reviews state that the company sells off all appointment slots to extortionate visa agents for a high fee. AVOID TRAVELLING TO SPAIN.

Terrible service, arrogant staff, third grade processes like bring both parents for simple renewal of passport of kids.

I sent my passport port with all documents Er302693 to obtain visa for 10 days to Spain never have any advice or or if not possible to call me or email me any reason or inform me to cone for interview. Nothing is been. . Holiday start from 8 to 18 of May. If nit possible do sent passport back to Ahmed koroma 29 grafton drive , Caldecote. Cb23 7ue

Why would any embassy use BLS for providing services they can't provide. no appointments available online but plenty via travel agencies at a £200 to £300 for each appointment ... corrupt , corrupt , dodgy BLS BLS do sell appointments via their preferred agencies ... embassy sneed to review their contracts

Can you believe that after 5 months I received an appointment for today 23rd April. Today is a Sunday I emailed to confirm as there website says they are closed they sent me a confirmation email saying that this appointment is all booked. Finally we are getting somewhere, arrived at the centre 10 minutes before my appointment as stated NO ONE THERE what a discusting money grabbing bunch of people . 3 hour journey and money WASTED. What is going on? All these terrible reviews why isn’t anyone closing or looking into this place? My holiday is on the 7th July am I going to be able to go? Probably not. I have left a previous review on how terrible this service is but this is just unbelievable. Why is the Spanish consulate letting this company represent there country??

Absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!! All dates from april to may are fully booked but if you manually search each dates there are few with available time slots but you cannot book it ad the date says full. However, I learned that they are selling the available time slots to agents for hundreds or thousands of pounds. This is illegal and the UK government must do something about it as Spain Consulate is definitively not doing anything to stop this horrendous activity.

This company deserves no star at all. I have been trying to book an appointment since March. The dates are mark out as full. However, if I go through an agent and pay the sum of £135 they are able to get me an appointment with BLS (selling appointment slots to agents). The same goes for TLS
