I used the BLS HOME SERVICE, and they served well. I got my visa on the 15th day after they collected my documents and biometrics at home.

Im rating zero 0..my depression came back because of the stress of booking an appointment.Like literally my head felt exploding one time because this is the only thing I was thinking almost everyday, I was literally living on my phone. When i emailed them that this is causing me too much stress they just replied with the same “pls keep checking for slot”..No empathy at all.. Very very stressfull..

I highly recommend avoiding the BLS Spain Application Center in London. I recently visited the center, and I had a terrible experience. Firstly, the staff members were primarily Indian and lacked professionalism in their communication. Their language skills were subpar, which made it difficult to have a productive interactions. Additionally, the center lacked any sense of work ethic. It felt chaotic, like a fish market, with an overcrowded environment that exceeded its capacity. Moreover, to make matters worse, no air conditioning was available, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I strongly advise against choosing this center for your application needs.

why is it the the BLS spainvisa service only releases appointment bookings for one month at a time. We have been trying to get an appointment for three months and every time at the start of the month early morning we check only to find that the full month is booked. What I do not understand is why not show bookings for the next three or more months. The Spanish embassy should review the service provided by this company .SHAMBLES OR FRAUD

If i can give a donut I will. I have to change plans due to none availability of slot after proving i am human a million times in their website..Staff are rude after ringing them multiple times to seek help as my travel is near. Waste of time, effort and money. Call up whoever owns this company special mention London branch!

DO NOT GO TO SPAIN The visa application process via BLS is a complete SCAM! No free appointments I have been checking the website months before travelling. The people are unhelpful to say the least!! Absolute time wasters. You will loose your money and ruin your family holiday. Can the Spanish embassy review they policies and contract with bls Spain!!!!!!

Shocking shocking shocking Can't get an interview. How does anyone ever travel to Spain? Surely Spain wants tourists to spend their money. Tried every day for over a month.

As per all the other reviews, looks like they are scamming people, my Partner who is Jamaican has been trying to get a Visa for our short break to Spain but unless you want to pay £500 for a mobile visit, nothing is available but they can get you a mobile appointment next day. I too have emailed Spanish consulate and EU Schengen Visa Directorate as per others comments but will look to go elsewhere next time as this is far to expensive and stressful for what should have a been a simple few days break.
