Just the worst, from start to finish

This service is the worst of the worst, there is no such word to describe it, 0 Customer care, 0 customer support, 0 problem solving, the worst customer impact and a complete waste of time, some of the employees at their facilities are not respecting others with discrimination acts. If you are a company, don't subcontract this vendor, the image of your brand, company is at high risk of being damaged. And to BLS, you deserve the worst service award of the planet.

I’d received the sms that my Visa application was submitted and sent to Manchester on 27th July but it’s still not sent or update in case of some issues to me while my friends who apply in the same day as me already got the passport back last week. Moreover, I have a flight in the day after tomorrow. It would be better if you take an action on this. Thank you

Hello My name is Parth patel There is person which is agent and he fraud us for appointments and take extra money. His company name is VISAINTERNATION LTD and his name is Mr Vaibhav Mehta. This guy and his company is big frauds. They said they have some known person in BLS APPOINTMENT CENTRE which help them out and his is paying them for early book appointments. This is not fair BLS HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GUYS. He give me threat that if I complain then he gonna cancel my visa which is in process now

No visa appointments are available for several months. Don't bother going to Spain if you need a visa. They won't give it to you. Have just lost over a thousand pounds in booked tickets. Have tried checking BLS website for months and called over phone- no appointments for visa.

Submitted my application but unable to book an appointment as all slots are full. How can this be possible. i am EU citizen but my children have EU settled status as there were born in Africa. I have apply for Schegen visa to visit Spain in August 2023. It has been almost one month checking online to book an appointment in London with no luck. I made a phone call to to BLS centre in London with no help at all. If you need visa to go to Spain please do not bother yourself at all as they are charging a lot of fees for home service very very very bad service.
