No appointments for my foreign wife to get a Spanish visa appointment in London ?? Seriously, nothing. No appointments at all ? Should be renamed BS visa services. Their website is utterly shambolic. I called them and some idiot said try again later. You know what we'll just go somewhere else on holiday. It seriously pissed me off.

BLS international at Deira - Dubai is looting money from Indian passport applicants. Passport actual fee is only AED112.50, however I end up paying 420 AED. What a shame!!!! Incase in the future if I become a member of parliament back in India then my first job will be kick this document collector and assign an enquiry commission. Thank you for giving me such a great future plan with your poor service. Every single loot of today is accountable soon.

Rude & Sloppy Rude: I had to bit my tongue several times during my exchange with Andrea. She has a VERY bad attitude. She's a bit incompetent and slightly illiterate. First thing she asked for my name. I gave it to her and she stated I wasn't on her appointment list. I responded with, "that's why I brought this" showing my appointment slip. She didn't acknowledge. Then, miraculously, she found my name once I showed proof. That's why I feel she's a bit on the illiterate and incompetent side, which is scary bc she's handling people's paperwork. Blurting out random comments like, "I don't need that/What is this/I can't use that". It's a good thing she lives in a city like D.C that doesn't seem to require any manners, bc most other places would educate her immediately. And to be fair, I picked up on a vibe that she may not even know how rude she was being. She complimented how organized I was, then she went back to being rude. That's her only saving grace bc Wow. Please at least consider looking into an attitude adjustment sweetie. Even the girl at the front doing the Shengen Visa's was talking to this Asian girl with no shame at all and just embarrassing her in front of everyone sitting down in the lobby. I mean, is this how their parents raise their kids?! Is that the prerequisite for working at BLS? Hell even the lady in the entrance building had an attitude, like she was annoyed that I had an appointment and she had to walk 10 feet to let me in the elevator. The Good: I think his name was Aaron. He has an earring in his left ear. He's polite and well-mannered. Give that man a raise for having to put up with working around the others. Clueless: Whoever the Arab/Indian guy is, he was well meaning, but clueless bc he wasn't understanding the situation. Learn some semblance of English. Website: Spelling errors, contradicting information, extra information not needed, required information not present. These rookie mistakes cost me about 6K and countless hours. Something so simple that wasn't mentioned on the website cost me 8 months of planning. In Sum: India, you're not doing your cause any justice. People have paid money, sacrificed personal time, and tapped into valuable resources to get to this POS of a middleman company called BLS. D.C is already a s*** hole but when you mix in a company owned by India, rude employees that run it, bad service with worse attitude, you've got a recipe for disaster, frustration, crushed dreams, and the absolute highest potential for an altercation to happen. You should have more of a care about these things. Not everyone out there is as forgiving as I am.

I can only echo the vast majority of comments made on here, especially the fact it should be zero stars. Having applied for an NLV for Spain it didn’t help that the Spanish Consulate sent a password for their site when just a few days later it had migrated to BLS. Not the fault of BLS but from here on in, what a shambles! The site is so overly complicated, you need to take a selfie but if you don’t have this type of phone what do you do? The photo part is the worst as it times out & you have to wait two hours before trying again! Most of the information isn’t retained so the need to keep re entering everything if you need to return to the site. It mentioned a payment but there was no option to make this. It froze continuously or just threw you out for no reason. Don’t bother calling the overseas call centre. I cannot book you an appointment is the standard line whether you are asking them to or just after general advice! I asked if they had been shown the screens or had training but there was a refusal to answer. In summary I would be embarrassed if I were BLS & more so on the Spanish consulate for choosing an overly complicated, frustratingly useless system. I’m sure no one will take onboard all the feedback. It’s the only way to book an appointment so they’ve got you all ends up - shame!

I have never had such a negative experience with a company. The customer service team were rude, ineffective and completely lacking in empathy. The website does not work and no support is given to resolve issues. I had taken days off work to complete my visa application which ended up being a large waste of time and money. Extremely disappointing.

I am currently reviewing the services provided by BLS CONTACT MOROCCO. It appears that the manager responsible for logistics planning may not fully understand the difficulties that citizens face when trying to secure a simple visa appointment, which is a right for everyone. The current appointment process is overly complex and lacks a logical and meaningful structure. This has left many people frustrated and dissatisfied. As a reputable company, we kindly request that you consider a change in management for your operations in Morocco. Here's a simple suggestion: implement a waitlist system where everyone can request an appointment, and the system will assign available slots to individuals based on priority. This would greatly improve the efficiency and fairness of the process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Worse service provider ever. Website is complete garbage. They probably had an upgrade that completely wiped off my record that has been on waiting for over a month. I tried to sign up a new account, It keeps telling me to change password, which never goes through.. The Spanish consulate should consider using a better service.
