What a joke
What a joke. You book an appointment and it means nothing. We arrived to large queues. No one outside to explain what is happening and no one wil speak to you. Once inside there is a woman barking orders. Treating everyone like cattle. The only bright spot was the young girl behind the desk was fantastic. Thank you for your patience. The process is stressful enough but to have little tin pot staff shouting at their own staff and actually not achieving anything. Take the process back to the consulate. The process worked and the staff were all helpful
