Do not make it clear the products are being sent from the US. Awful customer service. Took far too long to arrive and not advised of delivery times before ordering or that they come from USA. I ordered 5 at a cost of €380 and I washed them when they arrived in silk washing liquid on silk setting as they smelt weird. First nights use was awful, made me sweat (not hot in room and no alcohol) and i felt uncomfortable all night. They were damp and my partner had the same issue. When i looked at it in the morning it was creased to hell, looked awful. Had an odd smell and feel. I contacted the customer service and They advised they will only refund me when i ship item back to them in USA Recorded! There are many much better companies in the UK with fast delivery.

I bought 2 blissy standard 100 22-momme pillowcases a few years ago. The first one lasted about 8 months and then split at the zipper. I emailed them to see what to do and no response. Found the other one in the house about 6 months ago. Again, it split at the zipper. Do not buy - way too expensive to not last!

I do not recommend this company. I ordered two queen white pillowcases for $69. The order confirmation said I ordered four for $179.88. I called my credit card company to stop the charge. They said it was pending and they couldn't do anything until it posted. When I check my credit card on line there were two charges of $179.88. They refunded me $179.88 and told me the second charge was denied by my credit card company and would drop off. It did. We were square. This morning (3 days later) another charge of $179.88 appears on my credit card. Blissy claims it's my credit card company's error. They claim that my credit card company declined one of the charges because the CVV code was wrong. They claim I put the wrong CVV code on my order. Then how did they process the order at all? I think they never voided the first attempt to process my card but when I spoke to their customer service today they insist that the charge will drop off. Customer Service hung up on me for attempting to point out that If I had put the wrong CVV code on the order they would not have been able to process the order at all.

They advised they will only refund me when they find my item! There are many much better companies in the UK with fast delivery.

I ordered four pillow cases from them over 2 weeks ago. I called a week after getting nothing from them. They said that the order was waiting on the "gift" that was the face mask. I told them I didn't want this - remove it and ship my order. They said they would. I received an email saying it was being shipped. One week later and it's still pending - the label was created. Customer Service was terrible. There are alternatives, use them. If there recent reviews are any indication, this is a poorly run company.

I had a coworker who raved about her Blissey pillowcase all the time and finally I decided to order one after our conversation. I believe it was around holiday time and they had a special so I decided what the heck and it arrived on time and it was exactly what I ordered and I have to say it’s the most amazing freaking pillowcase I’ve ever used! That I now have three!! My hair is In such better condition when I wake up in the morning after using this pillowcase versus my 750 count Egyptian cotton pillowcases… I would recommend this product to anybody! I’m a super anal clothes washer and I followed the instructions explicitly and washed it on the hand wash cycle on my washing machine with a delicate silk wash and I laid it flat to dry and it’s held up amazing. My hair thanks Blissy! I read some of the reviews about poor customer service or not receiving their product on time and I have to say I have not had that experience… Every order has arrived on time.

Please stay away from this company! I ordered from them almost 1 month ago. When I placed an order, a few days later I received an email notification saying my order was shipped. So I wasn’t worried about it, just expected it to arrive shortly after. As weeks passed, I went back to that shipping notification email and clicked on ‘Check Shipping Status’ link. And sure enough, it still says until this day ‘Processing- We are packing your order for shipment’. So they never shipped it despite saying they did! Of course, no response when I emailed them about it. I doubt I will ever receive my order, so I requested to cancel and refund it since they haven’t shipped it yet. If you consider purchasing as a gift (like I did), don’t do it, you won’t receive your order in time - and I thought I was reasonable to think this would get delivered in 2-3 weeks max!! This company has a complete disregard for its customers. Never again!

Was gifted a silk eye mask for my birthday, which I loved using for a few weeks. When it came to needing to wash it, I was very careful and hand washed it in cool water with a silk detergent. To my shock, it lost all it's colour and now looks horribly faded after just one wash. Contacted the company and received an automated response saying how to wash it, followed by a personalised response saying they wouldn't be replacing it. Very poor customer service!
