I have not even received my purchases yet but this company has already made me furious! They sent me an invoice with an amount on it but it is quite a bit less than the amount debited from my account! I believe this is some sort of bank fraud!!

Ordered these p cases in white because I clorox all my white clothes. They arrived beautifully packaged and since we are going through this Corona-19 virus I DID clorox them. Well, that was a huge mistake. First of all, they are too expensive--I paid $139.00 for two pillowcases. Was not real happy with that but I decided to use them. Made no difference in my quality of sleep, coolness of fabric and general use. I am not returning them because I did wash them with clorox and they turned yellow (my fault) but they are not worth $65 each and I would never dry clean my pillowcases---give me a break. Will throw in the "rag" pile and chalk this up to a lesson. READ the reviews first. DO NOT ORDER THESE. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

The company sucks! They led me to believe the price was 1 amount for a 4 pillowcase deal and then it ended up being 4x as much as I was led to believe. Then to top it off they added extra charges to my account days later. I'm so mad I've yet to even try the damn pillowcases! They are crooks!!!

They refuse to refund my money after I returned two unopened pillow cases. Their customer service reps and supervisor hung up on me twice. They would interrupt me anytime I would start talking and one of them called me stupid because I wanted MY money back for the returned items. They are thieves and terrible people with no morals or ethics. Do NOT buy!

The product is good and delivered quickly. However, hidden additional charges were made for duty and handling, over £15 in this instance. I was told that the amount of duty is decided by the UK yet I have never been charged by any other Country, including the USA. I have purchased similar products, with better selection, from Companies within the UK so, don’t be dragged into the spiel of Blissy.

Buyers beware from the UK there will be a double figure customs charge for this item. Blissy did not make it clear on the payment page that I had to pay any further charges.
