The zippers never hold up. I've bought 12 over the past 5 years, 3 for gifts. One to travel, rest for home use. I love the product but the craftsmanship is very weak. I'm done purchasing these. If I have to continuously repair the zipper splits then I'll buy another brand or at this point, find the fabric to make them myself. Not worth the money. Not a penny. Most disappointing product I have bought in years. For so called pillowcase specialist, they need better seamstresses or zipper to hold up. Every single zipper has failed. Never again and their sales are fake, over priced. Their guarantee is short, no satisfaction there either The fabric is wonderful but I'm not into $65 for a pillowcase I have to repair constantly because of their low quality zippers and craftsmanship.

Nice product but very poor quality construction. The zipper pulls loose from material despite careful handling. I will not purchase again after 3 purchases lasted a very short time.

I tried the bonnet for sleeping with my curls, but it does not stay on. I have tried several nights, and ever night it falls off. It's a piece of garbage. I wrote to the company about it, and they said "try wearing bobby pins" and didn't offer a refund or anything! NO BODY wants to wear bobby pins to bed!!! That is also not going to work and defeats the purpose! INSANE! Pillow cases are fine and I like their soap. But the $140 bonnet is a piece of crap!

Bliss pillowcases are great at first. They do keep the top of your hair clean. The problem starts after a few days of using them. The bottom layer of your hair becomes a very scaly and itchy. It is a very uncomfortable feeling.

The hair bonnets DO NOT stay in place while sleeping!!! A total waste of my money.

The silk pillowcase arrived with a small tear on the edge. It feels nice, but the durability seems low. For the price, I expected better quality. The color is fine, though. Also, it took a bit longer to ship than I anticipated.

Lovely pillowcase, great to sleep on but it does not last for the price this is an expensive purchase. Mine frayed at the zip so is useless and can't be fixed, only gifted at xmas, shop around for one without a zip it may work better
