Unclear when you order that it’s being shipped from US. As a result, wasn’t able to give to my sister for her birthday

Product itself is ok but takes weeks to be delivered from the US. Purchased for a birthday present but at point of ordering it dosen't explain the 5 weeks you have to wait for delivery. Plenty of other UK companies selling silk pillowcases that you will get in time for a special occasion.

I haven't received my pillowcase yet, but I want to caution everyone to carefully review your order when Blissy confirms it. I ordered one standard pillowcase, but when my order was confirmed, it had been changed to 4 cases, and I was charged accordingly. I called them about it, and they corrected the error and credited my card. When I received my email confirmation showing how much had been credited, I discovered that they had changed my order to one queen pillowcase and charged me for that. I don't know if these "upcharges" were legitimate mistakes, but I do caution you to check your order.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE WHITE PILLOWCASE! It is not white. It is ivory, by Blissy’s own admission. Also do not purchase if you live in the UK. Blissy is in America. If you wish to return it then Blissy will expect you to pay, which is against Distance Selling Regs and Consumer Rights Act. Terrible customer service. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money!

Deceptive & misleading ads. I recently bought 4 pillowcases on sale. All over 55% off & buy 3 & get fourth for much less. My bill came to $55.00 BUT I WAS INVOICED $179.88 !!! Such a big sale it was advertised as one of a kind. Not so. I always read the fine print & there was nothing to suggest it was more tan shown. Regular price was shown as $99/pair then special offer at checkout of 50% off to get 4 cases for $55.00. I called today to tell them I had canceled payment on credit card & representative said just send them back & they’ll refund card. She also said normal price for 1 pillowcase is $100.00. I’d never buy anything that expensive. You can get substitutions that are just as good for way less money. What a racket. I’d never purchase from them again.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service and quality of the product! I purchased a pillow case at the beginning of September, it arrived a few weeks later (I wasn’t aware would take this long, doesn’t state it is coming from usa) for the past 3 weeks I have been trying to sort the fact my pillowcase arrived damaged. Iv sent over 10 emails back and for. Latest 5days with no reply. I simply wanted to return and swap the pillow case and as the case is damaged, I don't see why I should pay to return from uk to usa! Its faulty. I have no pillowcase to use, so will need to buy another elsewhere and am not even able to get a refund so totally wasted my money! There customer service is terrible, if you live in the uk id advise you buy one in uk so any issues are easily resolved.

These are expensive pillowcases, but all 4 of mine failed after about 18 months. They should last far longer than that. Customer service refuses to replace, or repair them. Care instructions followed. They are just not worth the money paid. Customer service is slow to answer emails, never uses their own name and refuses to acknowledge an issue. I would recommend other pillowcases.

Taken far too long to arrive !!! This was for a gift and the occasion has come and gone , they don't say on the website to expect long delays as its coming from another country so very bad miscommunication to customers.Now I have to send back so let's see if Blissy even answer after all these bad reviews watch this space.
