Overpriced silk pillowcases that rip at the zipper seam, even when following the care instructions to the letter. When I reached out, customer service was rude and refused to help or replace the defective product. Poor quality and zero accountability. Save your money.

I ordered around 8 pillow cases last November/December for me and for presents. Not long afterwards the pillow cases started to split along the zip line. Eventually all of them have split. I have emailed the company many times since last March and was told that i was washing them incorrectly (i wasn't) i know enough about silk to know how to wash it and hang it to dry. They reluctently offered me one new one and eventually another. The new ones are fine however when i measured the new pillow cases against the older ones i found the new ones are 20" wide whilst the older ones are 19" wide.....I have photographic evidence that i sent to then but they ignored that email. I think their customer service is awful and so are the products, I have never written a bad review ever.........

The product is OK. I decided to accept their ‘special’ bonus discount offer on next offer. I placed 4 separate orders & NEVER got the promised discount. Clearly a company that does not appreciate return clients. Big integrity issue - will not buy again.

I WASHED 2 SETS OF PILLOW CASES AND ONE SET CAME BACK WITHOUT THE SAME COLOR, TEXTRE AND SCHEEN AND TRIED 6 PHONE CALLS AND 3 E MAILS AND NO SUCCESS....AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.... BARBARA 6910

The pillowcase ended up being a huge disappointment to me. I bought myself two and gave some to friends, and we all had the same experience that the zippers just ripped away after a year of use. Even when they were sewn by a seamstress, they came apart again. I would never buy another one and they really did nothing for my hair.

Blissy has a UK website, for customers in the UK, with prices in British pounds. I live in London, England, UK. Before ordering, I wanted to check how I could return something. Surely I don't have to return items to an address in the USA, that would cost a fortune. I sent a message to customer services, a simple question, and now THREE TIMES they have failed to understand and provided a stupid response. If you are going to set up a special website for UK customers, and try to enter the UK market, it's obvious that you have to allow UK customers to return products to a UK address. And you need to explain to your customer service staff how to answer a simple question.

Very poor quality silk. The pillowcase shredded on the seams within a couple months, despite me following the care instructions to the letter. I wrote a negative review on the Blissy site, but it was never published. Come to find out they filter and only publish positive reviews. This company scams people for an expensive product that doesn’t deliver. Stay away.

After a lifetime of waking up with curly hair that I had to thoroughly soak and style every day, I bought a Blissy silk bonnet to see if I could get a second day out of styled hair. Because I have sleep apnea, I use a CPAP machine (with a headstrraps) and I woke up to smashed hair from the Blissy bonnet. OK, makes sense. I went a night without my CPAP to see if I could get a second day out of my hair, and I still woke up to hair requiring a full soaking, styling and blow drying. I understand why Blissy doesn't do refunds, but $65 is a lot to pay for something that just won't work.
