Over priced and Over rated. Also I'd like to know how you can offer 55% off and it doesn't seem to exist

I don’t nearly £100 on pillowcases for our newly decorated bedroom, and after waiting two weeks for my delivery, found out that they claim their courier (Yodel) had already delivered them. I am disabled and work from home, and in further checking, there was no proof of delivery or signature. Blissy’s customer service have been shocking. No ownership taken, fobbing off multiple times and email after email asking for proof of delivery. Please heed the warning above and don’t believe this company’s feedback. They will not help when your order never arrives and will leave you out of pocket when THEIR Courier fails to deliver!

After waiting 21 days for my delivery from Blissy and contacting them several times they re assured me my parcel would be with me on time, im still waiting! I contacted the courier directly to find out where my order had gone. The courier notified me that they hadn't received the parcel yet from Blissy and that the company had only raised a delivery notice with them. I also though i was buying from the UK as the website is a UK one and it isn't clear that the business is actually based in CANADA! Anyway its been 3 weeks now, the parcel is too late for my wedding anniversary and I feel I've been let down, even deceived my Blissy. Not a happy customer, if I can even be classed a a customer as I haven't yet received my order. 😒

Not sure who these negative reviewers were commenting on. Doesn't even sound like the same company I dealt with. Nevertheless! I love love love my pillowcases. I have 4 of them (I sleep in a pillow fort!) and they are wonderful. Prompt shipping of all of them. Thoughtful and kind customer service. I highly recommend.

Their products are overrated. Wrote a review in response to Blissy requesting one after my purchase. I gave honest and constructive feedback with 3 stars. It doesn’t get published so I have asked x5 times via email and various social media platforms and all have been ignored. Horrendous customer care and Trustpilot are onto you.

Blissy has excellent products. I bought 4 pillow cases, they are so soft, silky and luxurious. I also bought the wonderful small and oversized scrunchies. They not only hold your hair very well but also ornaments your do beautifully.

I have recently been informed of the possibility that there may be false customer reviews on this platform made by competitors of blissy. DO NOT BELIEVE. I’ve been using blissy pillowcases for over 2 years & they are amazing. They far exceed other silks on the market. I’ve read some of the recent negative reviews & they don’t even make sense! Those who’ve stated that blissy doesn’t meet the claims they make about their cases? Clearly, people had an unrealistic expectation. IT IS A PILLOWCASE, NOT A SKINCARE OR HAIRCARE PRODUCT. The pillowcase isn’t infused with magical unicorn fairy dust that will transform your skin from awful to beautiful - that is not its purpose; the pillowcase is good for skin because it doesn’t suck up/absorb skincare products, so they don’t get wasted & will stay in/on your skin & do their job. You also won’t get “sleep tattoos” - the wrinkles in your face caused by a pillowcase (of another material such as cotton) creasing as you shift positions & rest on one of the folds. Additionally, your hair will not be transformed from damaged to fabulous if your hair isn’t healthy in the first place - the blissy silk is beneficial because the fabric won’t “grab” your hair & mat it down as you sleep. The smoothness of the silk allows hair to flow freely while you sleep, not trapping it under the weight of your head. I’ve never had an issue with customer service, either; quite the opposite, in fact! I recently asked for assistance with a question that involved a good bit of time consuming research (needed an order history to look for a specific item I purchased). The agent responded to me within 24 business hours & provided me with the information the following day after. I’ve purchased silks from other brands & while any silk pillowcase is better than a different type of fabric, blissy elevates the level of the quality of their offerings. Please don’t believe the negative reviews.
