i had one Blissy pillowcase given as christmas gift. months later zipper broke. sent photo and got replacement. good. then few months later end seam came apart as i was putting it back on pillow after wash. i did wash according to instructions. contacted customer service agsin. offered 20% off buying a replacent. there is currently a 40% offer on site. advised customer service and said i am happy to return pillowcase so their products quality control can look into this. company responded with offer again for 20% off. i said i want replacement and repeated offer to return my pillow case. have had no response. very poor customer service. would not recommend anyone purchase from this company.

I wish I’d read trust pilot before placing an order. This company is expensive and just does not deliver. It has been 4 weeks since I placed my order and tbh I don’t expect it to arrive. Several emails sent to customer service but zero answers received. Stay away from this company. I’m about to contact my credit card company to obtain a refund

I ordered a pillowcase and sleep mask from the Blissy UK site. Standard delivery was included but no estimate. These were a present for my wife's birthday from our kids and as ordering 7 days in advance, was sure that it would be fine. What I didn't realise, and was never told, was the items were to be dispatched from California. So standard delivery is more like 14 days. I messaged customer service about this and although the reply was quick it was dismissive and clear they had no interest. The birthday was missed (by 4 days). One of the boxes was also damaged which must have happened before dispatch as they were in a larger sturdy box. So they had an opportunity to replace it. I would not recommend this company

This company is under investigation for manipulating customer reviews. They delete bad reviews! They put the phone down on you when you have a problem. It’s a terrible organisation - do not purchase anything from this company and tell all of your friends and family the same.

32 days waiting for delivery and still nothing. Every response from them is auto generated, they delete negative comments on social media and put the phone down on you when you phone them. They appear to be unregulated and trade with no moral conscience. My order is over £100. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I found the whole experience with Blissy very stressful! My order was delivered to the wrong address and I received generated responses to my emails, which didn't address the fact that the order was time sensitive. When I contacted Blissy by telephone, I was met with impatient stroppy responses and on at least one occasion I was speaking with a robot. Finally and after a lot of effort on my part - I got them to resend my order, which again - was delivered to the incorrect address! My emails were met with more generated responses insisting that my order had been delivered and I had heaps of emails from Blissy asking me for a review and feedback. So I had to call their support team again and this time I asked for a refund. Blissy's customer support is appaling and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I’m not surprised by the above statement that the company is not playing by the review rules. Wish I had canceled my order but it’s already on it’s way. I have not received my order yet but so far I’m not impressed with the company. When I ordered my pillowcase I got charged for two - 2 single orders. Right away I emailed them letting them know I wanted a refund for the second charge. They were quick to respond but only returned $53.60 to me instead of the $58.70 that was charged to my card. When I questioned them they said it was less tax. Well I was still charged $58.70 to my card in two different transactions. BEWARE! if they double charge people and someone doesn’t catch it they make out and if they short change them they make out.

I’ve purchased 5 cases. The first 3 fell apart. They came unstitched, frayed (one completely frayed along the entire zipper). All were washed in lingerie bags and hung to dry. I ordered 2 more before realizing what terrible quality they were. I contacted customer service and they emailed me back and forth probably 10 times. Probably so I’d give up. They are sending me one new case, that’s it! I’m very displeased. Bad company
