Purchased 4 pillowcases in white when they arrived they were cream not white, Blissy tried to tell me that was normal because of the silk fabric. Returned all four pillowcases but they only refunded me for three, when I emailed them they stated I had only returned three this is a lie. I returned in original packaging and original box they were delivered in, also it cost me £28.96 to return from the Uk so I am now £91 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. Be warned they are a dodgy company and I will not be purchasing from them again, if I could have given no stars I would have done!!

I purchased a headband that would not stay on my head. It’s advertised as one size fits all. The company refused to send me a merchandise label to return the very expensive and useless headband . Multiple attempts including sending a video of it popping off my head with any head movement. Poor customer service. For such an expensive product, shame shame on BLISSY for not doing the right thing with their customers. I would NEVER recommend this company as they are just centered around making $$ and NOT providing a quality product or happy customers.

Just ordered one of them but it looks like they shipped from California, US which they don’t really mention so looks like will pay custom charges! So much for free UK delivery… 🙄 if I knew all this wouldn’t have ordered.

I ordered a tracksuit from the company Blissy 5 weeks ago, still haven’t received it, I’ve emailed them loads of time but nobody will answer me, I have asked them to refund my money, but no answer again. I think this company is terrible and I will never bye anything again , so customers be very careful with buying from this company BLSSY,

Placed an order from the UK. The site was uk.blissy.com. I was sceptical due to reading some poor reviews, but the pillowcase arrived yesterday and delivery took just 9 days. I ordered the Queen size Pink Galaxy pillowcase and paid £39.65. I chose to buy from Blissy because I liked the cute designs they had, if I didn’t care about the designs or wanted plain then I would buy a cheaper 22 momme pillowcase of the same quality from somewhere located in the UK. I couldn’t find anywhere else that had cute designs like Blissy. I think the pillowcase is worth what I paid but I wouldn’t pay full price. I searched for discount codes online and tried a few until I find the best one. I used code BLISSYBFCMVIP The pillowcase is like the pictures and it feels high quality and it’s very soft and smooth. The pattern is really cute and pretty. I slept with it last night and my hair was so much better than usual this morning. I have quite large and plump UK Standard goose down pillows which sometimes are too big and bulky for certain pillowcases, but the Blissy US Queen size is quite roomy. This is good for me because I feel like less strain on the zipper will prolong the lifespan of the pillowcase, however, if you have thin UK standard pillows then perhaps the US standard may fit better. The pillowcase does wrinkle easily, but that is just how all real silk is. I haven’t washed the pillowcase yet, and have only had it for 1 day, if anything goes wrong down the line, I will try to remember to update the review. EDIT: I attempted to leave this same feedback on the Blissy website, they acknowledged receipt of the review but haven’t included it on their website. It seems evident that they filter reviews. I have deducted one star as a result.

In less than 6 months the replacement pillow case has, again, literally fallen to pieces. Zip falls apart, middle of the pillow threadbare. Utter rubbish. They try to blame your detergent but the second same pillow case is absolutely fine washed in exactly the same way. QA issues all the way.

Worst experience. They are beautiful when you get them and use. Once you hand wash with mild soap, they lose their shine, are nothing but a wrinkled mess of material and they do not even feel the same as when first taking out of box. Anyone that charges a SCAMMERS price for something they say is amazing should be ashamed of themselves. I purchased to give for gifts and learned my lesson the hard way. Every place I get the opportunity to comment on this product, they get my opinion. Please stay away and do not waste your money. Those raving about the product are obviously friends and family of whoever started this scam. Google search the company and they state they are not liable for anything. They are terrible and reaping in everyone elses money to benefit themselves.

Order no: 1523788 I purchased my Blissy pillowcase (which took over 3 weeks to arrive) and have hand washed and air dried as manufacturer instructions 3 times. The pillowcase now has a cracked effect to it. I wrote to Blissy to complain telling them I followed care instructions but was sent back an email to say I had washed and dried it on a high temperature. This is not the case…. Several emails later with no reply other than we can offer a discount on another Blissy pillow case I reminded them of their 60 day money back guarantee which Blissy replied “ that only applies to unwashed items “ really Blissy so as long as you don’t use your items you purchase from them the 60 day policy isn’t upheld. I have asked for my complaint to be escalated and to put me in touch with the CEO of the company and have been totally ignored. I would definitely not purchase from this company as quality is poor, guarantee means nothing and customer service ignores you!!!
