BlissyReviews of blissy.com

You can't even leave a review on their site! I bought 2 in December 2023, both for myself one standard one queen. They do not work at all for me and I followed all their instructions. My hair is a mess in the morning. 2nd review I decided to keep trying.. now they are warm not cool?? I followed the instructons on how to care for too. Can I give them a 0??

I had my pillowcase 14 months and didn’t use it use it daily. I hand washed it and it recently tore away from the zipper when I put it on my pillow. When I reached out to Blissy and sent them a pic they offered 25% off another pillow case. Their website offers better deals then this . Poor customer service. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and I see from other reviews that this is not an uncommon problem.

I bought pillowcases in June of 2022 and sent pictures of the ripped and frayed zippers to Blissy. In the email I specifically noted that they were bought in 2022. After much back and forth, they suddenly said oh, just realized this is past the one year guarantee. That was clear from the first email. I told them that if that is the lifespan of hundred dollar pillowcases, I won’t be buying them anymore.

I can’t search for my favorite Pokémon because of this stupid overpriced pillow company. I hate ads so much, they are ruining everything. Because of these ads I will remember this brand name, and I’ll never buy anything from them.

I got my first one over a year ago on sale. I loved it so much, I asked for a second one for Xmas. The first one is holding up super well, no problems with zipper or seams. Not frying or pulls. I was on gentle cycle in my machine and dry on low heat. Good quality product. Not sure why the negative reviews? Maybe those folks got knock-offs??

At first, the pillowcase was cooler and nicer to sleep on than cotton. Over time, this effect faded. The fablic is delicate. Within a year, I threw out one because the zipper tore away from the fabric. I ordered a replacement. Today, the other original pillowcase tore along the zipper. I threw it out and returned to a cotton pillowcase. These are expensive products and not worth the price. The company markets itself as a high-end product but the quality does not live up to the claims. If you can afford to replace these pillowcases every year, them you are fortunate, but I will not buy Blissy again. Keeping cool when I sleep is my #1 reason for buying Blissy in the first place. I failed to consider the construction quality and durability of the product. I don’t mind paying top dollar for a high quality, durable product because good sleep is vital for health. If Blissy had make a durable product, I may still be a fan, but they have now lost me as a customer for failing to be honest and transparent with their advertising.

BEWARE and AVOID. CHECK BLISSY UK Reviews. This is the worst company in the world. FIRST the package took two weeks to arrive ... there was no clear indication you're ordering from America. SECOND, just like another reviewer, I ordered white and the product clearly looks white on their web site. It's not and they said when I complained that 'Blissy White' is actually Ivory/Creamy White!!!. Fortunately, I could send them back but only then FOURTH I realised they have to go back to California. Then FIFTH Blissy insisted for a week I had to use a PO Box address and you can't get a courier to do that. Eventually they said just drop the PO Box number. SIXTH, it cost me around £25 to send them back ... they don't provide return labels or refund returns etc - even when they have misrepresented their product. SEVENTH, they then said it takes two weeks to process refunds. LASTLY, tbh, the product quality didn't look that good ... nasty seams and zips compared to others. All in all around two months of sheer hassle. Do yourself a favour, ignore the BS on their web site and buy elsewhere.

at first the pillowcase was great. got it as a gift and was surprised someone would spend that much on a pillowcase. but it was very nice to sleep on. fast forward to a year later. my pillowcase is fraying and falling apart. I hand wash it and hang it to dry. I tried to be gentle with it but it is not lasting. Im so disappointed . I won't buy these for myself or anyone now that i know it can fall apart even with gentle care. I looked up the return policy and it is only is six months and so I have to throw it away. $50 is a lot for a pillowcase to only last a short time. I enjoyed it immensely while it was new. Wish I could have had it longer.
