I received the queen lavender pillow case and eye mask set. The packaging is beautiful. The pillowcase is slinky, silky, bright in color and just lovely. I slept on it for a week and loved it & the eye mask pleased me as well. I decided to hand wash the pillow case for its first wash with mild liquid detergent. I then dried it on delicate in dryer. OMG DO NOT wash Blissy. It won’t hold up. The edges are frayed now and it’s no longer the same vibrant color. It’s dull and not as soft. Also after meticulously following care instructions it’s creased. I ironed it hoping once the wrinkles were out it would look good again. Nope. Now I’m out $100 and I’m afraid to wash my eye mask. One use pillow case, thanks a lot. The real care instructions may require dry cleaning to retain the quality or simply do not wash, which is gross.

Buyer Beware. One of my pillow cases ripped along the zipper. This is obviously a quality control problem as I see from other reviewers having the same problem. Blissy compounded this by making it a customer service problem, also. I just missed the warranty period deadline so they wouldn't replace it, even though it is their fault. They are charging a much higher price than their competitors, and will not backup their product.

I'm not sure which Blissy I'm reviewing because there seems to be a lot of businesses under the name Blissy trade mark, some sell pillow cases and some sell clothing. My problem starting when I saw a ad on Facebook for a BLISSY™ 2 PIECE. Loungwear set in grey, they were very nice so I purchased two of them. I received a notification that they had been delivered to Lucan, Co. Dublin, 70 miles from where I live. Thinking about it I don't think they were delivered at all. Bllissy is a trade mark company, so all of these things their selling, are under the one Company. This is very dodgy. They won't reply to my numerous emails and I'm out €41. I will fight tooth and nail until I get my money back. Facebook should do their homework on who's advertising on their platform. From now on I'll be doing my homework on any business that I deal with.

I gave 1star because I couldn’t give ZERO STARS!!!!!! I ordered 1–set of King pillow cases for $53.06. BLISSY just decided to charge my account $53.06 twice and added an additional $233.68 not once but twice, totaling $673.48 & now I have to jump hoops thru my bank to prove this? How screwed up is this????

I was given two pillow cases for my 60th which was on the 27/03/2023 from a good friend of mine who lives in France, I live in Ireland. I sent pictures of the way the pillow case came completely came away from zip. Logo of blissy attached on photos. Never in my life have I had such shocking customer service. First I was asked how I washed pillow cases! I wash silk on a regular basis, next I get asked the order number name of person who purchased them for me. Can a person please tell me would you go back to a friend and ask her to trace her order number 10 months later. Don’t think so, also under data protection act of 1988 you are not allowed to give this information out. Next thing they come back saying we found your order going back to 2021, not under warranty. That order was for one of my daughters not the one in question. Then I get a reply we can send you a discount code. Be careful not as advertised

Bliss chose to lose a $170 order than give me the colour of pillowcase I ordered. I was originally only going to get one in pink, but just as I was about to check out, I got one of those 'BUT WAIT! GET TWO FOR $170!' I bit and got two. It wasn't until I was in the last stages of the order that I noticed the colour of my pink case had changed. I didn't know if I tried backtracking to reselect pink would cause issues, so I proceeded and thought it would be a simple matter of contacting customer support to get the right one. They told me it would be an extra $10 to change to pink. I was shocked. Regardless if it was an extra $10 or $100, I wasn't paying it, on principle. I told them they could give me the colour I ordered or cancel the order. They canceled the order over $10 when they changed my order and were at fault. I requested to speak fo a decision maker and I'm still waiting. I filed a review on the BBB site about my experience because they wouldn't have anyone with common sense contact t me. I have since learned that these cases fall to pieces within a year of purchase, so it looks like things actually worked out due to their idiotic behavior. Don't buy from this company. Read the reviews first and save yourself time and money. Easily the dumbest interaction with customer service I have ever had. I hope their CEO is paying attention before they are bankrupted by these bad decisions.

I purchased a Blissy pillowcase 6 months ago (from Blissy, not Amazon). I washed it according to instructions, dried it flat, but still the zipper pulled away from the material. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures before throwing it away. Blissy refused to do anything to stand behind their product, which they say can “last 10 years”. After reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone in my disappointment. Save yourself some money and find another product. I’m now buying Kitsch pillowcases.

I bought a pillowcase 14 months ago, hand washed it according to instructions, I did not use it every day. The fabric has now ripped away from the zipper and blissy refuse to replace it because its 2 months past their returns date. Its too expensive to break this easily, I will not repurchase
