I received this as a gift and after 2 months of properly caring for it it ripped apart completely at the zipper. The zipper just totally came off the silk material. Horrible quality but what is worse is the company will not replace it or fix it as it was a gift and I don't have a receipt. They can find the purchase but will do nothing about it. For such an expensive item I would expect better customer service. This company is all smoke and mirrors. Horrible product just all marketing. Lesson learned.

I am in agreement with other reviews on Blissy. They are lovely to sleep on and save your skin and hairstyle well. After hand washing and hanging them to dry each week, suddenly they shred at the zipper line. I am just now “replacing” the zipper and losing an inch on the length of the pillowcase for the third time on one and second time on the second case. I will be going to another company for my next purchase of a silk pillowcase.

I've not received my pillow cases and headbands yet, but customer service have been brilliant with some issues i have faced. Unsure why people have said customer service isn't good. I will provide another review when I have tried the products. Excited.

I loved these pillows so bought them for all my beds. Similar to other reviews, all of them ripped at the stitching next the zipper (both sides of the zipper) after about a year. I bought 8 more for the cottage before the older ones ripped. Once the new ones rip, I will not buy these again as they are way too expensive to replace annually.

Lovely packaging, color and the feeling of the fabric is very soft. However after a couple of months of washes in garment bags on delicate cycle, the fabric tore apart from the zipper. Company replaced one of two ruined pillowcases and would not issue a refund. VERY disappointing quality and poor customer service.

Here's the problem; I've ordered 9 of these pillowcases (gave 7 of them as gifts). Hands down wonderful to sleep on and everyone adores them. Except. They ALL fall apart at the zipper in about a year. Every single one of them. There would be a quite simple solution - make them into a European envelope closure. Apparently the child sized cases have that. The zipper is a stress point. I have another silk pillowcase by another company with the proper enclosure and it still looks like new. I would buy Blissy if they changed the enclosure. They are simply too expensive to be so poorly designed. A zipper enclosure is too much stress on the fabric. I question if perhaps this is "planned obsolescence?" If so, it also makes me disinclined to do business with the company.

Worst customer service ever!!! I purchased four of these very expensive pillowcases, and sent one back for another color. Never received the other color and they have said they didn’t get the pillowcase back which I don’t believe. RUDE customer service! Have called and emailed for months, and no resolution will never buy this product again.

I have owned my pillowcase for 18 months and always followed the care instructions to the letter. Unfortunately the pillowcase has split at the zip seam, not what I expected for such a premium product. Customer services advised that as I have owned it for more than a year the pillowcase is out of warranty. I don’t fancy purchasing a pillowcase at that price every 18 months so I will go with an alternative silk pillow provider. Very disappointed from a quality longevity perspective
