Order something from them after 4 months i was going through my bank transaction and saw that i order something from Blissy and i did not receive the order. I contacted Boissy and they asked me what they want me to do to resend or send refund. I asked for a refund and recuved after 1 day.

The blissy pillow cases - yes I have had 4 now - each rip along the zipper seam. I wash them in the bag provided - I hang them to dry - nothing I do can cause this. They are of such poor quality - what a fool I was to try them again. DO NOT BUY I do wish the company would do something about this. I obviously am not the only customer with this issue. In fact, are there any customers out there who's cases dont rip?

Less than 6 months with 3 pillowcases and they are tears on all the seams. Silk is one of the strongest fabrics there are. It’s very difficult for real silk to tear like that. The quality is very poor. That’s why they only offer 60 day warranty.

Came apart at the seams on both sides of the zip. Contacted Blissy (which is pretty impossible to do from their website I might add) but have not even had a response from them. Very expensive purchase to last so little time.

The pillow cases are okay in comfort but the zips on them are very budget and poorly made. Broke after one delicate wash. Would not purchase again.

Horrible experience I wouldn't wish on my enemy. Wife and I paid over $200 for these pillow cases. We have a hard time sleeping and our heads get very hot. Heard a lot about these cases so gave it a try. Boy were the reviews wrong. Out heads kept sliding off pillow. When use 2 pillows with 2 blissy cases, the pillows slide off each other. Also, our heads were still hot and sweaty using them. We returned them per their return policy and had a fight on our hand. After we sent the cases back they wouldnt return our funds. So we had to go through our credit card company. For over two months we had to bend over backwards to prove our case with copies of their return policy and tracking numbers before we finally won. Was such a waste of time dealing with this company.

What could have been painless proved painful. A simple fault on their part where they state the colour as White when it is a very warm cream. Which might not seem like a big deal, but when you have white sheets it makes them look dirty. Not a nice look. So fine, the colour should be cream instead of white, annoying to have to send them back but no biggy. You would think. But even though they stated something as white, when it is not, and admitted to it, they refuse to pay the return postage fees. Which is £18. I wouldn't mind if I selected blue and it wasn't the exact shade of blue I wanted. That is a risk on my part. But White and Black are absolute colours, there is no wiggle room there. White is white. Cream is not white, pale yellow is not white and dark blue is not black. When talking to customer service I got literal copy and paste of the same sentence multiple times in my correspondence, and then straight up ignored. What should have been a very simple "Ah sorry yeah it should say cream our bad, let us send you a free return as it was our fault" it became a thing. It is a shame as I have bought from them before, and would have again. But failing in such a simple thing just means I will be using John Lewis instead. Customer service does matter especially when you have competitors that do it so much better.
