While I purchased all for gifts in 2023 Christmas. My son’s the youth pillow case was a far less quality silk & noticeably too. It’s now August 2024, 8 months later and it’s completely frayed and tore down the center of his pillow where his head rests. I washed accordingly as suggested- which I stated cold water by hand with mild deterrent, lay flat to dry and they said it looks like it was washed at high heat- did you not just listen to what I said. It’s bloody $$$ and I wasn’t going to mess it up with improper washing. It’s so thin you can see my hand though it- they said it’s mulberry silk- I don’t give a damn it’s faulty. My other 3 don’t do that. Offered a “discount” of 25% Not going to waste another cent.

I purchased a Blissy pillowcase, hoping that it would be better than the satin ones I purchased previously. I have been greatly disappointed. Not only did the pillowcase literally fall apart after less than a year while following the washing instructions. When I contacted the company for a refund/replacement, they sent multiple emails questioning how I cared for the item, after I told them I followed the care instructions on the label. It's insulting that they continue to question me, rather than replace or refund an unsatisified customer. For what this item cost, it should certainly last for more that 9 months! I won't purchase from this company again. Not to mention, the silk is no better than the "cheaper" pillowcases made from satin.

At first I loved my pillowcase. But the quality is disappointingly poor for such a high priced item. The fabric tore at the zipper in several places, despite the gentle care and following product instructions. Not worth your money.

The warning to all of us is in plain view - there is NO way every item on their site has a legitimate 5 star rating! This tells us that they only post positive or solicited reviews, so if you’re not happy for any reason they simply ignore you and move onto the next sucker. I wrote 25 emails trying to get honest treatment then I scraped them off the bottom of my shoes and found another site. Avoid Blissy at all costs and you will have a happier experience with anyone else. If you’re still considering shopping with Blissy - the Better Business Bureau has given them a rating of D! BUYER BEWARE!!

Appears to be a dishonest company with fabricated reviews. I had a quality issue with a set of pillowcases, and the customer service was terrible. When I looked further, it appears that reviews are fabricated. Nowhere does it actually allow for a review to be submitted.

Don’t spend your money. I have two other eye masks that bought for a third of blissy’s cost and have the same quality and feel the same.

I bought 4 blissy pillow slips, 3 as presents for Christmas 2022, and 1 for myself. I started using it in January 2023. It did stay cool, but I didn't note any improvement to hair or skin. After using the product for a year and a half ( half of that time, as I alternated with a different one when changing bed linen) the material came away from the zip on both sides, even though I followed the care label instructions. When I notified blissy, they said that the time had passed for an exchange. I think that for the high cost of the product, it should be better quality, so I'm very dissatisfied.

I have not felt any of the effects that Blissy claims would result from using the pillow case. My hair is as frizzy as ever. My skin looks the same after one month. I feel I was "taken in" and persuaded to spend an exorbitant amount of money on two pillow cases.
