This is my second blissy pillow case. Both of which have fallen apart. I called the company, and they are of no help. Very disappointed. I will shop elsewhere.

Zipper ripped away from fabric before one year. Nowhere worth it for the price!

I’m sorry but this pillowcase is overrated! Does not fit my standard size latex pillow and the zip broke when I attempted to close it!

The customer service is atrocious. In July 2024 bought 4 pillowcases for a total of $146.84 and the quality is very poor. I contacted their customer service and was told if I didn't keep all the expensive boxes and packaging, they would not do anything to rectify the issue even if their product is garbage. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! There is no money back guarantee. No try the product for 30 days. By the time you try these pillowcases and wash them you realize how inferior they are and then NO REFUNDS. The "youth size" that would fit my odd sized pillows would never stay on for even one night. The zipper broke on the standard sized pillows right after the first wash. These are way overpriced cheaply made inferior pillowcases. After trying to get assistance from their customer service with absolutely no luck, I wrote a review on their website which never showed up. I believe their review ratings are fraudlent because there is no way everyone (or ANYONE) is giving them a 5 star rating. RUN from this disgusting company and don't waste your money!

I contacted Blissy via email for them to contact EVRI as did not receive my order the courier has left the parcel in an exposed location not safe in front of a refused bin facing the street Now I have no items a missing delivery most likely stolenThese items were gifts. Item took absolutely ages to arrive - quite a nice item but not worth the money. Now they won't stop spamming me even though I've unsubscribed several times. Avoid.

Requires very special wash handling, no dryer, and they end up looking pretty wrinkled after washing. I’ve bought satin type cases from department stores at a fraction of the price and they feel just as nice. Blissy arrives in a fancy box which probably adds a couple dollars to the price. Zipper feels very fragile and I don’t expect it will last very long. Just not worth the price in my opinion. I had provided a review on their website and they never published it—probably because they only publish the positive reviews. Feels dishonest on their part.
