I ordered the deal for 3 and was getting the 4th free, thinking i was paying under £40. NO!! Little did i Know they charged my account over £130. My bank did text me, with no response from me. My Mistake. Hence my account was BLOCKED......... IT GETS WORST ONCE I RECEIVED THE GOODS! CHEAP AND BEING CONNED!! The package must have cost more than the PRODUCT!! YOUR better of going to your local John Lewis and knowing what your paying for!!!

Zipper does not work

Bks it is such a gimmic, nothing but a gimmick, it does not even write the proven reason why this blissy product willl do what they claim to improve your sleep or skin as they are implying in their site, its just all their marketing scam talk, it does NOT improve your skin or mode after waking up bks it is just the silky pilllow case material which differ from any ordinary pillows, its only a scam marketing in order to attract you if you are so damn enough to beleive them.

They advertise that their pillowcases are guaranteed for a lifetime, however I have bought 3 and all of them have frayed despite me putting them in a netbag on a 30% wash!!!

Horrible customer service always. They never identify themselves when contacting customer support so you in turn receive generic emails from them without them actually addressing the issue or question asked. DO NOT BUY

I have been going back and forth with Blissy for months now. I followed instructions by washing my pillowcase in mild detergent by hand. After a couple of months the pillowcase came apart along the base of the zipper. I took a photo of pillowcase and sent it to customer service. They in turn said they sent me another pillowcase but I never received it. At this point they asked for my address again which I gave to them and they in turn said it was delivered. Case closed. I never received a replacement pillowcase and they don’t seem to care or try to track it. Not good business practice by company. Now I don’t have a pillowcase and way too expensive for only a couple of months usage. I would love to hear from them as to why they did this. Not nice

I would never invest in Blissy pillow cases. I bought 3 king for me and my 2 daughters. They fall apart after 1 1/2 years. Even if you hand wash and air dry as we all did. They rip away from the zipper. These pillows cases are not cheap. I’m sure they will not post my review. Buyer beware!

I got the champagne pillowcase covers for myself and my 4 daughters as we've just started our vacation from the US to the UK then on to France. And I don't know if it was the Blissy covers that we brought but we all were able to snooze on the flight. So thank you Blissy!!!!
