It’s a shame, but my Blissy silk pillowcase only lasted a few months before the silk came away from the zip. I contacted Blissy about this, but because it was a gift, there is nothing they can do … understandable, I guess. I won’t be replacing my Blissy as the pillowcase was a bit tight for a normal sized pillow anyway, and definitely couldn’t fit over a pillow protector. Blissy, if you’re reading, please replace your zips with poppers!

The promotion online for Blissy pillows says clearly $44.97 for each Queen Size pillow - Buy (3) get one free. Instead you are charged $179.88 which is for (4) pillows at $44.97. It is an intentional sales misleading rip off. When I just called to question the way the promotion reads on their website and is misleading and I only realized I was being charged for all four after I they charged my card $179.88. I just called customer service to ask about this and the woman hung up on me before I could get anywhere and receive and explanation that justifies this misleading promotional language. Patricia

Be ware! Their online e-shop has a problem and it coste me my account founds frozen. I have made an order of 4 Silk queen-size pillow cases. I had to make 3 transactions with PayPal to ger the order done which resulted in 450 € being deducted from my account for an order of 147 €. I did get the money back after a few days and was initially happy anyway since the order went trough. After a few days Ive got the e-mail from Blissy that they canceled my order since they don't deliver to my country (A country that's a member of EU). Now the first 2 transactions were actually a reservation of founds the third that actually went trough was deducted from my account entirely and now Ill have to wait up to 14 days to get my money back and Ive lost hours researching what to buy now Im on square 0 and no gift. THANK YOU BLISSY NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered 4 pillowcases from Blissy. I sweat terribly bad and woke up with several creases across my cheeks. Terrible nights sleep. So because I washed the pillowcases I cannot return them. Which is ridiculous, how else can you tell if you like them? Now I am stuck with these horrible pillowcases and out $170!! Never again!!!!!!

Ordered pillow cases £130, didn’t turn up (Evri- rubbish). Contacted Blissy (very difficult process) who take no responsibility and not prepared to either send a replacement or refund. Waste of money, terrible firm allied to a diabolical delivery service.

Blissy pillowcases caused me to be hot and sweaty. Definitely did not live up to the hype.

Their products is not good, poor quality and very expensive. They claims pure satin but its a lie.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I had a pillowcase that disintegrated in a matter of months. Because of the price I took care of this product, especially when laundering. When I reached out to Blissy it was nothing short of some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would never recommend this product or the company to anyone buyer beware!
