I purchased 2 pillow cases and within 8 months the zipper ripped. I contacted Bliss and they sent me a new one. Now 9 months later the replacement pillow case is ripped again next to the zipper. I contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. I suggested to make a case that does not have a zipper and open base.

I bought 2 pillowcases 9 months ago. Even though all care instructions were followed, both pillowcases separated at the zipper seam. They would not reimburse the almost $180 spent on these defective products. Instead, they finally offered replacement pillowcases. Why would I want more of these? They will not refund a nickle of my money even though they sold defective product.

I spent $80 on a pillowcase. I washed it and it came out with large yellow spots all over it. It was a white marble color. I inquired about it and was told I should have used their Blissy Wash Detergent, Allergen Wash, The Laundress, Nellie's, or Heritage Park. It would have been nice to be told this before I used Tide detergent. I explained this to them and was completely blown off and told to "have a nice day". Out of $80 and will never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an Order back In March and tracking number said delivered to mailbox, but I sent to my work and should say reception. Never received items. Package was either mis delivered or lost/stolen. They would not refund me and kept saying tracking number says delivered and gave me the run around, You can’t talk to a supervisor or manager, email kept saying product was delivered and couldn’t get anywhere, so I decided to do a chargeback on my card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Lo and behold the product got delivered today three months later so I called them with a good conscience to return the items ($230 worth). Tells me the shipment label has been emailed to me and dead silence on the phone! There was No thank you, no nothing! Unappreciative! Company needs to work on customer service!

I will not be ordering their products again. Does not stand the test of time even though I used the utmost care. The case never saw the dryer. The silk is separating near the zipper which seems to be a recurring problem. I bought another silk pillowcase at a fraction of the cost and that one is holding up great same care. They did replace it after my complaints - with a scolding that I must’ve mistreated it. Never again

After trying a cheaper silk pillowcase I decided to treat myself and give my old pillowcase to my partner. Now less than two years later the Blissy pillowcase has torn badly around the zip area while the cheaper brand is still going strong. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a set of WHITE standard pillowcases for my daughter and myself. The quality is great, BUT these pillowcases ARE NOT WHITE. They are IVORY which was confirmed by the customer service representative when I called to ask if I could exchange one set. She said “their white is not a true white but more ivory. So I would recommend that they label them as ivory so customers know what they are getting. They look dirty next to white sheets.

Since my purchase in May 2024 I have received a barrage of emails from Blissy despite unsubscribing each time. Despite my raising this issue and having received an email promising that I would receive no further emails I am still receiving emails. They clearly do not comply with the rules and I have since read the reviews on Trustpilot and compared them to the reviews on the Blissy website. There is not a single 1 or 2 star review recorded and I have sent one just today because I am sick of them ignoring my requests. As regards the product it was ok but expensive for what it was and delivery was slow.
