I ordered over months ago and have yet to receive. I went through PayPal and was charged for my order. Pls advise what is needed to resolve this problem

Lifetime 2 year! Don't waste your money

I have purchased many pillowcases from blissy so I trusted them when I bough hair bonnet. I hand washed and threw out boxing. Last night tried to use, but was abnormally tight and I have a small head. Was told I cannot return without original packing. Do not but this unless you are a 4 yr old girl. It is way too small and tight for any adult. I will no longer buy anything from this company. They must know it is defective and they still wont give my money back. Horrible business practice. The pillowcases do not hold up well either, but at least you get a use out of them.

The zipper breaks and the material around the zipper separates after about six months. Will not purchase again. Very expensive pillowcase and terrible quality.

I received the pillowcases I ordered. They fit my pillows they felt cool to sleep on, there were no morning pillow creases on my face and my hair stayed smoother. But. . .the fabric has disintegrated along the zipper stitching. Silk cases I ordered about the same time from Amazon have held up much better with identical care.

I ordered my pillowcase. I washed it and hung it to dry. After 1 month the zipper broke. This pillowcase is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Ordered a pillowcase as a gift. 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have sent numerous emails and received no replies. I called and a very cheeky, unhelpful female informed me that I couldn’t get a refund as it’s not their fault the item is lost. Very disappointing service

I love the feel and function of these silk pillowcases but want my products to last longer than a few months. After washing two different Blissy pillowcases 100% of the time in a net bag protector, and always hanging to dry, both separated from the zipper. I am done w/this inferior product that clearly does not stand the test of time. Make a quality product please Blissy!!! I want to support u.
