Just washed my Blissy pillowcase and as I put it over the pillow all the material came away from the zip Yes I did follow washing instructions as always On company website it says in answer to a question How long do these last ? Reply about 10 years. I got mine May last year When I got company reply to telling them what had happened I was told only a years warranty and offered me 25% discount to to buy again No thank you

Never received my $300 order from Blissy. They claim it was delivered but my security footage says it wasn’t. Absolutely no customer service! They said they would get back to me after looking into it and now almost a month later they are ignoring my emails. I am out $300 and 3 Christmas gifts. Wish they would be responsible for their shipments:(

Used 1 pillow for 1 week. Didn't notice any great difference from sleeping on normal pillow. Washed it in mesh bag on very gentle wash came out completely wrinkled and dried that way. Far too expensive and a waste of money. When I purchased I bought 2 for myself and 2 for a Xmas gift for a friend. The pillows are so awful I am going to donate them to charity and I won't give them to my friend. Anyone know if there is a way of getting a refund for 4 pillows.

Terrible. Garbage people that work at customer service that won’t offer any help. Not luxury pillows at all. Super cheap and gets wrinkled to the point you can get out one wrinkle from one wash before even using. Just awful.

First of all they advertised the pillow case as costing $49.00 for black friday. I did not have the opportunity to review the order it went through without that step, They advertised a $30.00 gift certificate if you bought the pillowcase. Of course no gift certificate in the package. I called them, they claimed to have sent me an email stating that I wouldn't get it for 30 to 60 days. Of course, I didn't get that either. Very Deceptive!!! I won't buy from them again.

I’ve bought a minion pillowcase 2 months ago and the parcel was never received. I’ve tried contacting the company and they said a case will need to be raised with Evri, however they never did it and never heard from them since. I’ve chased them twice about this with no avail in the last couple of weeks. I can’t open a case with Evri either as they told me to contact the company instead. Nobody is helping so I have no choice but to leave a bad review and raise this with my bank to get my money back. This is not the way to treat customers, especially first time customers, therefore I will never buy anything else from this and neither should you.

Blissy a company that advertises pillowcases I believe are advertising falsely re: 1) how long the special advertised product is about to expire… FAKE…. Same offer on Daily and Monthly! 2) the product has poor finishing especially around the zipper and the zipper disconnects and tears off…many reviews I read on your site indicates culture having the same issues! 3) I also decided to order 3 more pillow cases both to replace the damaged one even though Blissy didn’t respond to my earlier complaint, the BLACK FRIDAY OFFER WAS A BETTER PURCHASE, once I pressed to pay with PayPal, the purchase was not able to go through even though I tried to enter the purchase at least 4 times! I immediately called PayPal the purchase never entered their site and they suggested I call my credit card to verify that they shack my account. I was lucky to get in on time and Put a warning against BLISSY COMPANY ON BOTH SITES!! The company is very dishonest and I do not believe they will replace the damaged pillowcase. I will try and contact Facebook about the dishonesty of this company and its advertising. Albina Backman

My order promised a 2 pack mesh wash/ laundry bag, that they scratched off my order and subbed with a tiny (10 ml) bottle of pillow mist I have no use for and did not want. I chose the package I got because it promised the laundry bags. This is now an update *After posting this review Blissy contacted me and apologized and sent me the laundry bags. so on a positive note they make things right if you make noise.
