I loved them at first but after approx 30 washes they fell apart, the zippers fell out of them and I always washed them on an extra delicate cycle my kitchenaid washing machine has with special detergent for delicates, and hung them to dry :(

I ordered white and recieved cream. I contacted customer services who said their whites are cream/ivory. No where does it state that on the website when I ordered. If it said cream on the website I would have chosen a different colour to match my bedding. Blissy would like to charge me for returning these cream pillowcases that are supposed to be white. Not happy. Blissy please correct your colour description to cream.

Online ordering very difficult. Finally accepted my visa but screen showing receipt disappeared and couldn’t be recovered. Not possible to contact customer care. Will try contacting my credit card company to see if charge went through. Warn future customers about these problems.

Looks like I’ve been scammed by this company. Ordered a silk eye mask for £27.99, the package has been delivered with a small, square piece of cheap material in it!! Wish I’d read these reviews first. Plus, my bank got in touch, sent me a new card, says it’s detected risk for my current debit card, wondering if it’s from this fraudulent company???

I brought six Blissy pillowcases and 5 of the cases fell apart along where the zip is ( 2 of them were a present, which one of theirs split along the zIp) I contacted Blissy, and they said i hadnt washed them properly!! I am so angry as i spent a lot of money on what i thought was a super quality product!! I bought them 3yrs ago, I have cotton pillow cases over 20 years old that were so much cheaper and lasted better!! I do have photographic evidence of my pillowcases!! For one case to fall apart at the zip is bad enough but to have five there must be something wrong with these pillowcases. I don't suppose for one minute, my review will be printed!!!!! Please dont waste your money like I did!! 🥵🤬😡
