BJ's Wholesale ClubReviews of bjs.com

I love BJ I have gotten some great deals. Great prices on food and house hold cleaning products. I get all my Pet supplies there and believe me it's so worth it. Great prices on gifts and toys. Never had any problems with them. 👍🏼

Limited selections, and the products are in package sizes that make it difficult to make comparisons with the same product at a regular retail store, but if you take the time to figure it out, (buy a calculator) in most cases, it ain't that good a deal. I will say one thing very positive about them though. their rotisserie chickens are the absolute BEST. I did drop my membership though... I didn't this it was worth it just for a good chicken!

This place sucks at cleaning. Kid got sick right in front of us which wasn’t pleasant to begin with. Staff proceeded to walk through the vomit on multiple occasions. Didn’t put up dirty floor signs. And didn’t pick up the spill. Didn’t warn other customers of the spill and they walked through it.

Tire Purchasing and installation Two of my orders canceled after few days without notification and for no apparent reason. My third order sticked. When in the tire center, I categorically said that I like tires less then a year old. The technician showed me one tire, and said the rests were like that. He in fact installed one old tire, never informed me, and I came to know only when I checked later in the day. After two calls and about 10 transfers to random people, the technician was rude, said nothing he could do and hangup in the middle. I could not be able to talk to 'tire center' manager in another call. I had to stop by only to get a verbal promise for free replacement. 3 weeks and 1k miles later, I am still waiting. Warrensville, OH branch. Edited on Jan 10th, 22: After complaint via a particular consumers board and my workplace's HR where membership is advertised with discount, BJ's store manager issued a refund towards the old tire.

Do not order anything online all they do is take your money. I have yet to receive my Christmas present for my daughter. Call the store and they said they can't do anything about it. Call the number they gave me, is a joke. Reading the reviews I'm not the only person this has happened to. I will not be renewing my card and I will just continue using Sam's and Amazon with no problems. I see Bjs going under with this kind of practice.

I showed up as I was advised to by your Customer Service in order to replace a product that had a faulty container. UPDATE: Josh called and straightened the matter out. Hopefully the associate that was ill informed of policies can be corrected to avert further confusion. Well done Josh and H.O. customer relations.

I am a BJS yearly customer, yet I was charged $10.84 for online membership. I was only an online member for a while, then this year I decided to become a full BJS member. Apparently Bjs didn't appreciate my membership, because they continued to charge me for online membership. I spoke to 3 agents who all said the same thing "ONLINE MEMBERSHIP NON-REFUNDABLE". Except I told them that once I became a yearly member I didn't sign up for online membership. The point is they refuse to refund my online membership. BJS doesn't seem to value it's NEW customers.

First time placing an order with BJs and I'm already disappointed. I paid for shipping but was derived a key to pick my item. What's the purpose of paying shipping if I still have to pick up????? My others items have yet to arrive with no information on arrival date. I'm very disappointed because I was hoping this warehouse would a great place to shop since it's close to my house. However, I guess I'll have to take a further trip to Sam's Club instead.
