Don't waste your time and money getting a membership to this club. They need to shut down their app and website as when you order online they keep cancelling your order with no reason. Keep calling their customer care and waste your time. The service standards are pathetic. Costco and Sam's club are 100 times better.

My first time going to BJ's in Georgia. The store was enormously large. BUT, the prices of items were mostly obviously higher than you find at Walmart and online. Yes, gas was the lowest in the area, at $3.43 (093026), but membership is required before accessing the pumps. Not for us.

Being a customer for years, now products are bad, oranges, today got mini pancakes for my son opened the box and two bags are popped!!

Do not work for this companey they use you untile you are broken and they treat you like a slave if u work in staten island the both bosses cosmo and tina only care about then selves and will write u up for the stupidest things

Ordered a 55 inch Samsung smart TV before Labor Day. Arrived yesterday. As I was putting it on my cabinet to install Direct TV, etc, I noticed the back was bent on the side and no longer attached to the screen. Spoke to customer support and now have a ticket number waiting for their truck to pick up the damaged TV apparently at their leisure; I protested the charge in the meantime. I then ordered the same TV from Walmart and got it in 2 days. As a result I shopped at Sam's Club. GREAT EXPERIENCE compared to BJs-better meats, etc etc!! Still waiting October 2nd for BJ to process my TV refund!!!

This place is ridiculous at the door checking items. The guy at the door doesn’t know how to operate the app. He couldn’t figure out how to scan the barcode on the app. Had is back out to manually check the items then couldn’t figure out how to get back to the barcode. The entire time people are just walking out. He has to go get a manager to figure out the app and she didn’t know how to use it. The item count matches but no they want me to stand there while they check every item in my cart. If you like being harassed at the door for no reason at all, this is your place. I suggested going to Costco or Sam’s. I’ll be canceling my membership today.

I have been a BJ'S member since they opened in Medford MA many years ago. I now live in Florida and still shop at them. The pluses are diverse product lines, deli counter, gas and diesel fuel, extended hours, and able to to use manufacture coupons. I use their app and it makes shopping easy! You can clip coupons, actually scan products as you shop and pay, order ahead and pickup later (including deli), and now they deliver. The prices are fair and yes if you do comparison shopping sometimes their prices are not the cheapest. I shop at Costco and their prices are compatible usually within a penny or two, again when Costco puts out the monthly sale sheet they can be $ cheaper. Like any retailer it all depends on the deals they negotiate. I do purchase certain products at Costco because BJ'S does not carry them or price is substantially cheaper. In my case, I can do all my weekly shopping because of their diverse product line compared to Costco. Drawback, BJ'S changed their supplier on certain fresh bakery goods and they just aren't as good. Try fresh bagels, delicious! To all the haters out there, I don't care what retailer you shop at, you can always run into store personnel that aren't the friendless or capable of handling of a problem. I would not disparage a whole company because of a negative experience with personnel. Some people are not cutout for retail or customer service jobs, period. As for Sam's Club, I did try them and I feel they're just a glorified Walmart. Bj's is now carrying Air Chief Autumn Crisp green grapes that are super fresh and absolutely delicious. Bring back this name brand next year!

I can highly recommended, it was lovely, my little dog was very relaxed when she came out , I was surprised as she's very nervous 🐕. Also I really like the pick up / drop off system I was very pleased with the results. Price wise was reasonable I highly, highly recommended Maria Craig
