I have been waiting 12 days for verification support ticket to be sorted out. Verifications should be required before depositing not when you are needing to withdraw. All my docs have been submitted, had an automated error and the docs have to be reviewed manually. I've had no replys to my support ticket queries and their emails only get an automated reply. For such a big exchange this is rediculous. I will amend this review after support ticket number 475637 get sorted out. In the mean time my coins are just sitting on their exchange.

Gosh Dam Bittrex, this company is the worst ever exchange. How is this company even I business? Zero and we all mean Zero customer service, Unanswered tickets still open after one week. I opened a new ticket and the Tech responded with please don't open a second ticket and combined the two tickets. Fucken hell, can you fix the problem rather than emailing to not open a second ticket? that was the most Human contact since the ticket was open and it was to say not to open a second ticket. Jesus, WORST ever service. Why are we all using this company?

I am waiting the verification of my account for more than three months ago. I am very very frustrated. I don't know what can I do. I have sent one hundred posts to the customer service without response. What can I do?

the verification process does not work, withdrawals are blocked but they accept incoming money. This is not clearly informed until you attempt withdrawal. Support service does not answer not chat, no other contact manner.... If I do not get this resolved, I will contact all unhappy user and we make a unified demand, we will get this banned

hi i think all people have the same problem, please bittrex help us out,i need to buy some christmes present for my kids, what to tell them,dady his money is blocked! Same as dozens of other reviewers. Authentication auto-failed. My ticket has been in queue for 12 days with no response. Bittrex stole my crypto.

One problem with Bittrex is that it allows to deposit crypto currency without verification, but to withdraw it, you must be verified. I realized that only after a deposit. Automatic basic and enhanced verifications failed. Ten days have passed and I got no answer from their support. I'll leave a better review once and if my request is resolved. Update: they answered my request, my journey isn't over, but at least I know the direction. Updated the rating to 4 starts.
