Support will just ignore you for weeks instead of fixing a problem that should only take minutes to correct. They also have sent support emails with IDs of several other rejected users. Google "bittrex-leaks-user-passports-in-support-emails-says-russian-telegram-channel" to read the article. DO NOT use this exchange unless you want to lose your coins and have your ID stolen. I think bittrex has been hacked. The new Mt.gox. That's why they are blocking people from withdrawing their coins. Coins probably no longer there. Avoid it like the pest.

No support services at all. The only support you receive is when you are putting your money onto their network, once your money is on their system you are on your own. 23 days ago I lodged a support ticket all I have received is automated responses asking me for additional information without saying what information is required. If it was possible I would have given them a minus star rating.

They have ZERO customer support. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NO PROBLEM THOUGH. They just won't give it back. Stay away!

About 40 days ago they just blocked my account without any explanation. I only traded crypto-currencies and not any fiats, and they don't even answer my tickets. I will update this review if they explain why are they doing this.
