Good lord, I previously some time ago cancelled my account when after I tried changing my email address and was met with probably the worst process and 'support 'experience I have experienced, something I should be able to do easily myself online, it was so bad I cancelled my account out of anger,( I had been a customer there for 4 years). Sometime later I rejoined again thinking maybe I overreacted or that was just some temporary support person filling in, no..,opening a new account, I decided simply request they add a new pair for a coin they already list but it took about 8-10 emails of replies to get my message understood and still flobbed off. I dont know if its a global support problem where global people are treated poorly or they have temporary staff who couldn't care less but its quite consistent in really bad support. The platform itself actually is really good, just be prepared to get the worst support or none at all if you have an issue or a simple request- dont even bother. It is really surprising that after about 4-5 years that the site has not improved, not offering much in the way of features, no margin, no futures and its support has gone backwards, it makes me think that they are just keeping it going and not really bothered about anything else.

Ich war total traurig über die Art und Weise, wie die Dinge auf der Website gehandhabt werden. Ich habe mich wochenlang wegen meiner Gelder an den Support gewandt, nur um vernachlässigt zu werden. Ich habe bereits eine beträchtliche Menge Geld investiert und es ist ein Problem, es zu benutzen, was so enttäuschend ist - ich konnte es kürzlich bekommen, als Reenforce, c loud, einschritt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich diese Plattform weiter nutzen möchte

Diebstahl bei raschem Delisting (BTG). Stellten gestern im Crash keine Kurse mehr oder nur mit 1000% Spread z.Bsp. UPXAU. Ultra teuer. Ist wohl mit Abstand der teuerste Anbieter. Empfehlung: Nur benützen wenn absolut nötig.
